I thought CJ Sr. Did a wonderful job separating that part as much as a father possibly could. I thought the entire segment was a great look into recruiting and the old staff.

Sorry but if out of all the schools in America, the school you dreamed of playing at is Arkansas then you have some basic dreams.

Coach Williams has a great reputation here in NOLA. Good hire all around.

Remember also that Bussey was committed to Tulane before switching so he knows Nebraska well and probably knows Williams well. Add in his position coaches experience in the NFL and his relationship he formed with other Nebraska commits, you would think it would make him think for awhile

Bottom line is recruiting is a game of musical chairs and you just need to be the last one. It would be worth a phone call in my opinion

Yup I went to a coaching clinic at Tulane and listened to him. Met him a few times down here because of coaching. I am VERY happy with this hire.

Because Drake is a big Kentucky fan.. Oh I mean Basketball fan, he is probably a Buckeye fan this year.

I understand why people want more Nebraska kids but I don't want the staff to take player A over player B just because he is from Nebraska. Go out and get the best possible players for your system that you can develop. No matter where they are from.

So you would turn down a linebacker that isn't fresh out of high school 18 year old. Its a scholarship commitment for one year. Not a bad deal for Nebraska at this time.
