Here's a thought. The last coaching staff said they needed to get better and coach the players. Now fans are saying the coaches are horrible. The current staff as a whole has probably forgotten more than the old staff knew. I don't know what the answers are with Riley and his staff but maybe our players just aren't that good? The most talented players on the offense seem like they're all freshman or sophomores except Jordan. Newby wouldn't start for very many teams in the big 10.

He just signed a contract extension with ESPN thru 2020 or something like that.

Sorry bud. As much as I'd like to see it happen it's not going to. Why? Cause everyone of those coaches know what they would be up against. Times change. Remember when...

Some of you screaming for the coaching staff to be fired must think it's 1998 or something. Nebraska is not going to get one of these so called big name coaches to come here no matter what the price. So our record has taken a step backwards from last year. But I sure enjoy watching the games this year instead of waiting for our coach to blow up on the sideline and scream and berate anyone he can find. Sometimes the only way to go up is to go down first. Let us not forget we lost a rb from last years team that masked a ton of offensive problems. Since playing in the rose bowl our greatest accomplishment is losing in conference championship games. No one remembers the losers of these games. Some of you need to face reality that Saban, Meyer or whomever you think is a slam dunk. They aren't coming here. Perhaps Riley is the best we could get. Stew on that one for a bit.

The team is soft. Period. They got the sh!t kicked out of them on both sides of the ball. They gave up 408 to one guy. Glad GA pulled him or he could have had 600 yards....

 

Does Bo just come out and acknowledge the a$$ kicking, say we sucked, something has to change, what we are doing isn't working? No same old lay it off on execution, not able to adjust etc...and then I'm not into the bog picture, or I don't know.... (Corey Raymond comes to mind about getting punched in the mouth)

 

KB is just frosting on the cake. He's right. I don't know Bo, I don't see practice. I do watch the games. I did watch the most pathetic game on Sat that I have ever seen as a Husker fan. Pathetic. Horrible on all levels. From the play if the kids to the lack of coaching. Own up to it. Pull a Tebow and right the ship, BUT no. More of the blame everything, but your own (teams) play.

 

Some guys wear blackshirts, some don't. WTH. That again is a WTH teaching moment. Bo missed the boat on that one as well.

 

Step up. Own it. You win. It's coaching and the kids. You lose same thing. Its yours. Its your baby. Friggin own it.
