Criag Bohl is 4-8 at Wyoming this year. They were 5-7 last year with a different coach.

I don't see any of the coaches mentioned as being definitely better than Bo. Jon Gruden or Bill Cowher would be homerun hires but anyone else mentioned is a big question mark. Tressel is a slimy cheat.

With the young, returning team we have. Bo would have won 10+ games next year. The new coach better do that.

I actually didn't vote because I'm going with Other for my vote. If (that's if) we don't win another game this year, I think BC hands in his resignation after the CU game. Within a month of his resignation, Pud gets the boot. I just have a strange feeling after listening to BC's coaches wrapup that he's beginning to see things not working. He was asked about his horrible record on the road, and he for the first time took all the blame and seemed beside himself. I think he's frustrated and wishing he'd never even heard of the NU job.

We can hope and pray that you are right but I think he would be happy to milk NU for millions.

Would you want to play for coaches that don't appear to make players better?

I've thought BC should be fired from the second he was hired. He and his staff have a history of non-success. He has not only proven to be a poor coach, imo he is of very poor (un-Nebraskan like) character too!

Die-hard Husker coaches (Gill, Kiffin, Sanders) or coaches with true confidence/something to prove (Pelini, Joe Glenn?) would be happy to take the job. If Pedey was gone, coaches interest would go up too.

A good coach gets the most out of his players. It is arguable that BC gets less out of his players than any coach in the country.

7. Led an 11-5 team to 4-12.

8. Led a 10-3 team to 5-6. That is 1/2 as good as the fired coach he replaced.

9. Led NU to their first loss to KU in 36 years (second longest streak in the country).
