If you can't trust your Athletic Director to hire coaches then he/she shouldn't be hired in the first place. You don't need a committee to hire someone,  even a head coach. You just need someone competent doing the hiring.

I will say it again, this is on Harvey and SE for hiring a coach without a committee, peroid. I never wanted this guy as HC! People asked togive him three years. Guess what, time is up and the results are in.
