They were all over the Florida tweet earlier and it was discussed at length.  This post seemed different and a couple other commenters threw in that Florida tweet.  The last post I read was somebody saying the OP is very trusted and him posting that means a lot more than some dudes tweet.  I hope a real link becomes available.  

The guy who wrote it is a longtime poster who had not posted in a while it sounded like.  Lots of other commenters seemed really excited.  Just telling you what it said.  

Its on the free Husker rivals site.  Thread says 100%

I just saw another site suddenly go crazy about ten minutes ago.  One poster said 100% in.  Several others seemed to know something, but no real link.
