and that border was controlled well enough during the obama administration that we didn't need to declare a national emergency.   2 years of trump and a republican controlled government  and it became a national emergency.   wonder what changed?

Really? The guy in charge during Obama’s term doesn’t agree with you. Heck Obama didn’t agree a few years ago. I suppose the advancements in ladder and shovel technology have made barriers obsolete.

i feel the exact same way about trump and his cult.

That’s nice. He’s the president. The democratic leaders are a bunch of petty idiots that would prefer any tragedy happen to our country than have President Donald Trump succeed. Allowing them access to anything that can be legally denied, or at least delayed, is a great disservice to our future. They would release any info, twist distort and lie to undermine the executive branch.

The Dems deserve nothing. Lying garbage. Politics over country. They did their best to torpedo the recent negotiations with the NORKs. They have never accepted the election results and have rewarded Putin’s election disruption a thousand times more than he could have imagined. Nobody could have guessed how emotional, illogical and treasonous the bulk of a major political party could be.

At least it wasn’t a meeting behind closed doors where we have no idea wtf went on.

Lol! If trump gave an answer other than “I gave him access to the nuke football”, their would be 200 idiots in the MSM screaming that Trump is lying and this is what he said/meant.

They did.  It was about European missile defense.  The Russians were worried the new programs in Eastern Europe would negate their nuclear deterrence.  It was a bad look for Obama, he played it off like he was talking about just having more time after the election to discuss the concerns with Putin.

But really no "crime" to look into.  Just a politician being political.

Then the press got distracted with the “mom pants” issue.

well this explains why the charges were dropped. I thought I had heard he mailed a powder to himself.

Interested in the reasoning behind this. Had a couple innocents been somehow implicated I would guess Smollet would have let them be prosecuted. I hope he faces federal charges.

Medvedev or Obama?  And does it matter to your point?

Medvedev. I have no Idea exactly what Obama wanted flexibility for that he thought would adversely affect his chances in the election. Oddly, nobody seemed concerned enough to look into it.

Imagine Barack Obama telling the world that he'd fallen in love with Kim Jung Un, that he believed Vladimir Putin over all his U.S. intelligence advisors, and that FEMA would pay for The Wall.

Your standards seem pretty flexible themselves, chief.

Imagine Obama telling a Russian operative to inform Putin that he will be more flexible after the election.

The payoffs done since mr peanut stepped in for Bill are a disgrace. Trump is the first to move the Norks in a positive direction

11 days before the election, Hillary Clinton was up by as much as 11 points in the polls. After Comey made a pointed public announcement that the FBI had reopened investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails, she dropped into a dead heat with Donald Trump.

We can debate Comey's motives, but it's a pretty weird set-up that starts with getting Donald Trump elected to an office he was scheduled to lose.

Comey had no choice. The New York police found thousands of Clinton emails on a laptop owned by a pedophile they were investigating. (Also further proves she was criminally lax in her handling of classified data) anyone else would have been prosecuted. Comey completely overstepped his authority when he chose to not prosecute her. Of course that was clear after the Lynch Clinton Tarmac meeting.

    https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/fbi-warned-trump-2016-russians-would-try-infiltrate-his-campaign-n830596

WASHINGTON — In the weeks after he became the Republican nominee on July 19, 2016, Donald Trump was warned that foreign adversaries, including Russia, would probably try to spy on and infiltrate his campaign, according to multiple government officials familiar with the matter.

The warning came in the form of a high-level counterintelligence briefing by senior FBI officials, the officials said. A similar briefing was given to Hillary Clinton, they added. They said the briefings, which are commonly provided to presidential nominees, were designed to educate the candidates and their top aides about potential threats from foreign spies.

The candidates were urged to alert the FBI about any suspicious overtures to their campaigns, the officials said.

Man that multiple sources guy that the MSM keeps using to peddle their propaganda sure knows a lot!

    One more thing on this.

Youre outraged on the thought that people in the government possibly influences who holds office, but you’re ok with foreign governments doing it.

Mr flexible is no longer President thank god.

Why are people freaking out on the "he did not exonerate Trump" line?  It's the job of a prosecutor to look for evidence of a crime, which Mueller did not find any.  That's the important part.

It’s like some people don’t believe in the presumption of innocence. Gosh, imagine if people like that could start an investigation in search of a crime?

But Hillary did emails!  And the FISA warrant!  The liars were set up and the crimes are fake!

Hillary til Friday her people to remove the classification markings so they could send info through unsecured means. That’s a felony. She also had her attorneys decide which emails were relevant, then removed the rest with bleachbit. Had she not been sending her emails to a pedophile Comey wouldn’t have had to reopen his BS case.

Notre Dame Joe was nice enough to respond, but I'm wondering whether you or Dewiz think that by merely swapping the name Hillary for Donald makes the same charges and scenario sound more investigation-worthy:

All 17 U.S. intelligence agencies agree that Russia sought to influence the U.S. election by undermining Donald Trump, the speculation that Vladimir Putin preferred Hillary Clinton as President. The Obama White House learns about this before the election, but doesn't go public. Donald Trump wins the popular vote but Hillary Clinton wins the Presidency through the electoral college. She immediately undermines the entire U.S. intelligence community for casting doubt on her legitimacy, even as they are turning up incontrovertible evidence that Clinton's campaign manager and other associates were representing Russian interests illegally, while Chelsea Clinton was getting a taste of the family business by opening "Clinton Towers" in Azerbaijan, providing cover for a money-launder operation by a corrupt family of former Soviets.  Hillary Clinton stands before the world and says she believes Vladimir Putin over her own intelligence agencies. She proceeds to attack NATO, fulfilling one of Putin's greatest dreams. Just for fun, Hillary also tells the world she has "fallen in love" with Kim Jung Un, a really great guy who said nice things about her, as she ignores the sanction recommendations of her own administration. That she illegally paid $130,000 in hush money from her campaign to silence one of her multiple lesbian prostitutes is so far down the list it's almost a distraction.

Credibility is lost as soon as you say anything about “17 intelligence agencies”, pure propaganda
