To me it looks more like gone into a tailspin. I'm used to losing recruiting battles but this year with the top instate players going elsewhere, legacies going elsewhere and all of the players we have been in on but lost it is looking pretty grim. Hard to sell you vision when you are 12-20.

Recruiting this year is fckng horrible.
    Very few current signees

best local talent in a very long time and the staff has completely whiffed

Massive field of offers with extremely little interest

I don’t really see how this class finishes top 30

NU returning to the Big 12 would come along with A TON of stipulations attached.  We would not just crawl back through the dog door in Dallas begging to return.  Here is a short list:

Big 12 Network (comparable to Big 10) established (each school paying an equal share to get the network going) with equal team shared payouts for all conference members and no probation period

We come back only if Colorado or Missouri returns.  My money is on Colorado.  Making the conference what its actual name is and an even split of 6 teams in each division.

Move the Big 12 HQ to Indianapolis, IN.

Veto Power that each member can use on any voting issue twice a year.  School vetos can never be overridden.

Each Alma-mater has an equal number of management employees at the Big 12 HQ.

North (NE, CU, KU, KSU, WV, ISU) and South (OU, OSU, TX, TT, TCU, BA) divisions.  Division cross play is equal and a preset pattern.

Texas cannot force any game to only be on the Long Horn Network, must also be on the Big 12 Network or another National Channel.

New conference logo/branding (current one sucks)

Football Championship game for the division winners to be played in Indianapolis with a new trophy just like the Big 10 trophy but 24K gold.

Add Nebraska55fan is to be named the commander of the big 12 pink toe battalion and he is to determine who’s wives could be potentially harmful to the athletic program at Nebraska.

Not so sure. WHen youre married for 20+ years to the same person- they usually have VERY close views as your own. There seem to be other skeletons in Stewarts closet. Too important of a time to hire someone who thinks its ok for his wife to try and take down coaches- advise players to do so and call white people crackers- while advising black player to not date white women- (women with pink toes).  Real classy gal.

I have been searching for a woman’s pink toe for a while now.

At what point do you cut your losses and move on?  Frost had three years (and now a 4th try) to spark a resurgence and rally this football program back into the national fray, but instead we have received one loss after another and one embarrassment after another.  Watch Frost after the games and tell me that is not a man who has given up.  I see no spark.  I see no drive.  I see endless excesses.  I see him constantly throw his own players under the bus.  I see a man counting his days until his return to Florida where every day is sunny and warm and work is easy and fun with a butt-kissing local media to boot.   Plenty of schools in FL that would like to have Frost in charge.  Frost even said he likes to recruit in the day and be back home by dinner.  I bet his wife would love to see the NE winters in her rear-view mirror.  Frost can walk around FL all day long and not be harassed or recognized by the locals.  Was it not Frost who put out warnings to the media and locals that his "child and wife were off limits" before even moving here?  Why the defensive stance against those he (supposedly) wants to spend the rest of his life and career around?  Would he not feel more safe for his family in FL where very few people know who he is?

There are too many positives for Frost to go back to FL and too many negatives for him to stay here.

    Florida touched someone’s no-no zone

He was one of the best sophomore quarterbacks in the country. You know nothing.

His dad was a world class Olympic lifter and his mom is/was an Olympic hammer thrower. Both of his siblings have won multiple arm wrestling championships in several different weight classes.
    what I’m saying here is...

Tim Beck may continue to haunt us. Several years after he left our QB room a complete sh*tshow. He may have Morris leaning his way.

tim beck only haunts Nebraska by his ineptitude while he was a coach. He somehow landed at those programs much to the chagrin of their respective fan bases.
if you really wanna get weird let’s talk about the right Beck

and we all know that is the greatest qb to ever go to nc state instead of/in addition to Nebraska

Harrison Beck. That is the Beck that Haunts

Don't know and don't feel like researching, so I'm going to say "Demonland" refers to his cabal of Satan-worshippers, and the unholy practices he intends to bring to the University of Nebraska.

Ron Brown’s nonsense has never worked. It is now time to play ball with Lucifer. Hail Satan

That's basically my thoughts.  Spielman and Robinson are good solid players, but they needed to have anther really good WR playing with them.  Similar to when Spielman when he played with Stanley Morgan.  Then, we have a lot of potentially really good guys that either got kicked off the team or have been really young.

Whatever the issues.  It's time for some of these guys to step up and be major contributors.

This group almost feels like the basketball team.  We bring in a bunch of guys that are supposedly really good shooters, but when they get here they can't shoot for some reason.  Eventually, the odds have to be in your favor for someone to be able to do it.

Makes me wonder if peter north has any eligibility left

Scheduling influence being the biggest pain in the a$$. he was the head person of scheduling for football within the conference and always made sure they didn't have as tough of a schedule as other Big Ten West teams and would always make sure Nebraska had a tough schedule. Who do you think pitted Nebraska against Ohio State right off the bat? lol.

Besides the change over the course of time for offensive philosophy for WI (and it will happen), is the scheduling aspect of things.

    Qberism

alvarez isn’t retiring at all. He is a reptilian overlord and will be transitioning into a different (but similar) skin bag. He tried to do this last year but they put his organs in backwards.
Wisconsin will continue to dominate the shadow “west” conference.

Cam may never be reliable as a snapper, Frost should get over his obsession with him and make a change!

Same with Martinez, he is too damn inconsistent. Bring someone in.

my ex wife had an unreliable snapper
