They’d lose some of that running game doing that as well, just can only be great in so many aspects usually.

Downside is he doesn’t have a recruiting class to raid from his previous job. 

Interesting if Fickell going to Wisconsin for $6 million.

Will be fun to look back in 4-5 years and see who was better, culture matters as well. Wisconsin might be going through their identity issues now that we had after Bo left. 

Would have preferred Fickell, but Matt should be really good for us.
