  1. Can any of you help clarify something for me? I keep finding conflicting information on what are the Nebraska sections. Huskers.com list the Legends and Leaders sections but when I can to purchase they put me in what they (Huskers.com) list as the Leaders area (right now section 152). I assume their little graphic is just wrong and section 152 is in fact in the Legends (Nebraska) section.

    Thanks for helping.

I was confused by this as well. Ticketmaster shows the legends and leaders sidelides opposite of what huskers.com shows.

  2. I had the exact opposite experience. Had a awesome time at the bars Thursday night. Brothers was packed with huskers. Every iowa fan i talked to was nice and fun to talk football with. I was surrounded by iowa fans at the game too. But our section stood the whole game and we talked to the people around us in a civilized manor.

  3. Has anybody tailgated at Lucus oil stadium before? Looking at google maps it doesn't really appear theres any room in the stadium lot to set up tents and games. I assume they won't let you bleed over to the sidewalk... Does anybody know any good lots really close that maybe has grassy area and room to set up a tent and games? With a still chilly forecast I'm assuming lots of people are going to want to set up tents.

  4. This will be our first trip to Iowa City. I'm not going to pay $350 to spend the night thursday at a iowa city hotel... Was thinking Cedar Rapids or Iowa 80 truck stop? Or is there anyplace close there Huskers tend to stay? What about bars to hit up or a place to eat on Thursday night in Iowa City?

Thanks for the tip! I'm going to reserve a couple rooms there now. I still havn't got my tickets yet. I can't believe the prices people are asking on craigslist. $150-$200 on average. Stubhub looks flooded with overpriced tickets as well. Hoping in a week or so people will get real and drop there prices.

  5. I got a group of 10 going to the game. Wondering where the most huskers will be tailgating. With the research I've done it looks like campus lot 1 and 2 are the most popular? 2 being the SPAC lot? I"ve seen a few passes go up for sale on the golf course lots but I'm thinking that will be mostly Northwestern fans. I just hope it isn't a 11am game. I hate drinking at 8am. :)

  6. My wife and I are heading up Thursday. Were also wanting to tailgate. Seems as if the fair grounds lot is the only one that allows game day parking (no pass) and tailgating. So I'm thinking thats where most huskers will end up? We don't want to be surrounded my gophers lol. We will probably do suzies Friday night and Sensors for post game.

  7. Just got my tickets for the Minnesota game and I'm pumped! It looks like the only lots designated for tailgating are season pass only. The only single game lots don't say u can tailgate. This is from the map on their site. So just wondering what people are planning on doing. I guess I can buy a season pass on eBay, there going for over 50 bucks. No idea what lot I should choose.

Also what bars will huskers be at Friday and Saturday night?

  8. I was planning on just buying them from there official site. But for NU tickets you have to buy a 2 ticket package, so tickets for another game as well. $95 for the package. There doing this for 3 of the biggest games. Only when I went to purchase them NU wasn't one of the options you could choose. So I dunno what the deal is.
