I would like to see T Martinez move to WR, but we could still use him in the wildcat

I know just enough about college football to be dangerous. Kind of like the rest of the posters on this board.
It gets a little old when you post a question that it starts a flame war. I live in Texas but have been a Huskers fan all my life, but some of you a-holes make being a Nebraska fan, ummmm, difficult.
I realize that the truth is that there are likely a few on here that bully other posters with their flames and insults. Seeming know-it-alls. It's too bad, because I love to talk about Huskers football - what ifs, recruits, prospects, games, would'ves, should'ves, and could'ves. This is a message board for fans. Not all questions are going to be considered "good" or "educated" to members. I recognize that. But there's no need to be nasty and ugly. That's not the Nebraska way.
The fact is, there are a few on this board that consider any question that they don't ask as "dumb". And they're ruining the board for all of the rest.
Enjoyed it guys. Have fun with your board.
GO BIG RED.
really its just that you are an idiot, Cody Green to start? Come on get real

He's starting at WLB, great news, our best run stopper and most experienced LB..Great great news

I think Qvale could have got some time this year, the good thing is that he has to RS, and he could start next season, definitely in 2011, when both Guards will graduate, KWilliams/Henry

I just listened to this podcast of Husker Talk by these two brothers. I found it pretty intelligent compared to some of the noise out there

How do you get it on ur itunes?

I think you nit the nail on the head with the rotation. This is also more than likely the reason Helu didn't make the top 25 backs. He's going to be rotated with more than likely a couple of other guys. He isn't going to get the rep's that it takes to get the stats to be a top 25 running back. It doesn't mean he isn't as good or better than those listed above him. It quite simply means he won't have the stats to run with the big boys.
I think Helu is gonna get #1 RB touches this season. We are gonna run the ball, and Helu is our best overall back. Bo has been very outspoken when talking about Helu and the RB unit.

Most info I have got on this subject this whole off-season..really thanks

Not to add to the fire, but weren't people starting rumors a while back that Dennard was going to leave?
Are you thinking of Justin Rogers?

NU will definitely beat Mizzou
I'm very confident they will.
-
9-3 10-2
Losses to OU-VT
Maybe KU/CU/Mizzou ( depends on how good our QB is )
-
QB Pat Witt / Zach Lee
RB Roy Helu / Quentin Castille
WR Niles Paul / Curenski Gilleylen
WR Meno Holt / Steven Osborne
WR Brandon Kinnie / Tim Marlowe ( I see them trying to get Marlowe the ball )
TE Mike McNeill / Ben Cotton or Kyler Reed ( might end up staying on offense from what I have heard )
LT Marcel Jones / Mike Smith ( I agree with Willie about MS should move to BE, good idea )
LG Keith Williams / Andy Christiansen
OC Jacob Hickman / Mike Caputo ( Andy C could also push JH at center )
RG Ricky Henry / Derek Meyer
RT Jai Burkes / Brandon Thompson ( Burkes could end up a big time player for us )
BLACKSHIRTS
BE Pierre Allen / Cam Meredith ( I bet Meredith sees a lot of PT this year )
OE Barry Turner / Josh Williams ( Williams has put on the weight from what I have heard )
NT Ndamukong Suh / Terrence Moore / Quentin Toailoa ( QTs development should be interesting, I also like Moore )
DT Baker Steinkuhler / Jared Crick ( I can't wait to watch Baker
SB Sean Fisher / ?????? ( Kyler Reed could end up at LB though )
MB Phil Dillard / Will Compton
WB Alonzo Whaley / Blake Lawrence
CB Toughest to project IMO, so much good potential from a lot of them, so Im gonna list the lineup I want
CB Anthony Blue / Alfonzo Dennard
CB Dejon Gomes / Prince Amukumara
NB Eric Hagg / A West
SS Larry Asante / Courtney Osborne
FS Rickey Thenarse / PJ Smith

Blake was at the Junior day, and he came away big time impressed, and he has never been to a game. He said there is a good chance he could be back for the spring game. And he has us in the lead..
-
I honestly think we go 5-0 in the north. Our defense is gonna be very good, and we will be able to run the ball. Watson has proven to develop QBs, and we have 4 very talented players.
-
VT game will be a very tough test for us next year. I don't expect to come out with a win unless our QB play is really good off the bat.
I'm gonna try and make my way to the game
-
We will have 15-19 scholarships next year, I expect some attrition.
Don't forget that we added Antonio Bell, he could end up a good WR
-
by the way, kinnie looks like he could be very good and a possible first year contributer.
I hope we didn't bring in a Juco that won't contribute
-
I cannot WAIT to see Baker next year, if he isn't starting he will still be playing big time minutes.
Could be a 3-4 year starter for us
-
I love the format that we play mixing all the players, it makes for a even game.
And I can't wait to see the game.
-
Word is he is practicing fine and possibly could have played in the bowl.
-
Can't wait to see what Dejon Gomes does, his highlights are nasty, Our secondary is gonna take a big step forward next year. The whole defense is gonna be better except where Potter is vacating. Allen could reach his play, he has some nice potential.
Another year in the system, Bo will finally start to get creative in his game plans using different formations and more complicated schemes.
Suh coming back was big time huge, and to think of Baker next to Suh, with Turner back starting. And the young LBs that a lot of people talk about.

Qvale is not comfortable at LG at all, don't know why. A-Rod could get PT behind Williams, hopefully Keith can go close to 100%
