Loosing 3 games in 5 yrs is unheard of. It never happend before us and I can't see it happening in the future. You would have to develope and have severiously good luck with 3 poss 4 recruiting classes. Teams do not dominate like that and won't again. With the scolli limits imposed and the NCAA working on parity in College Football, I don't see this happening ever again. Osbourne got 250 wins faster than any coach in college football in history (if I remember correctly). Not a hell of alot of top ranked athelets either. This is why you LOVE the huskers or Hate the huskers, there are not alot of inbetweens.

You know what is amazing? After Tom Osbourne's 20th season, he was 195-46-3, and 5 short years later he was 255-49-3. That is incredible and will never happen again.
