The Bulls head coach, Lance Leipold, used to handle the Husker's recruiting under Solich. I'm not sure how I feel about that. lol

 

Than again, it's Buffalo. They'll probably fire Leipold and have two more head coaches between now and 2021.

the biggest problem for cosgrove was losing 2 nfl d ends afer 2006. I felt bad for BC mostly because when frank got fired i was commenting that who ever took the job would be out in 4 or 5 years, i honestly think BC deserved a chance to replace coz(and elmo).

i opened the thread expecting to see wisconsin still running all over us.

i expected to see 7(seven)-1 as number 1 and i am gobsmacked that it's not. shows how little espn knows.

A punch is an automatic ejection in most football games I've played in (only jr/sr high). The BYU fans are correct that some of these plays weren't flagged, and how they weren't I have no idea.

 

I also have never heard of anyone getting community service hours by helping their friends and people they know, I have never ever heard of this anywhere. Usually if someone needs hours they are in contact with an agency who then finds a role they can play helping their organization for the amount of how ever many hours they need to complete.

 

Also one last question the BYU poster brought up in my mind, there is a ref association that is suppose to watch over independent programs?

The nut punch wasn't good, but I'm glad he wasn't suspended for it. The play was reviewed and internal suspensions were deemed fine by that ref association that is in charge of disciplining independent teams.

That's all that needs to be said. When you can acknowledge wrong, but in the same breath advocate for clandestine "internal" punishment that is not and will not be verified, you're very clearly more interested in brushing things under the rug than fixing the problems on your team.

All that I needed to see as well. You guys bite your tongue when nasty lies are said and just wait for "winning" points. When something gets called out, there is just silence when it's clearly wrong. I just wanted to pass on some of the things I have heard from friends and other BYU fans that made the trip to the game. Overall it has made me like NU a lot more as I have heard friends say your fan base is top notch and they could not believe the treatment they received before the game and after what is one of the most painful ways to lose a game.

 

One friend said when I asked about the experience, "Nebraska is now my second favorite team. Everyone I met was nice and welcoming"

 

Another friend said he could not believe how the fans reacted after the hail mary. Obvious disappointment, but many of the fans congratulated him on BYUs victory and wished the team the best of luck for the remainder of the season.

 

All-in-all I have never been a big fan of the huskers (nothing to base this on beside wishing my program has the same success). After talking to friends and seeing similar comments on BYU boards, I sure hope BYU sets up another game with NU sometime soon so I can come and have the experience first hand.

I hope we do as well. And I hope we kick your a$$.

because the byu team is a bunch of dirty bitches that need to be pimp slapped, and that coach needs to recieve the same type of hit that took out sutton.

so, does our staff make half time adjustments? or are those still a myth?
