I just hope K-State puts the smack down on KU next weekend to ensure they don't get ranked. They certainly don't deserve it with their easy schedule of all home games so far.

The number of cardiac episodes on both sides of the field should be staggering. Even though we won easily today, there are still some weak spots on D and it is ironic because on Tiger Board everyone is not pleased with our Defensive Coordinator either.

I didn't get to see or hear your game today, but it seems like our meeting on October 6th is looking to be an offensive battle with us both having suspect defense. I think it is going to be a close game that could look a lot like the OK State Texas Tech game today. Good luck against Iowa State!

Welcome aboard. I'm not all bad. I did buy a ton of extra tickets since I am a Mizzou season ticket holder and most of them went to Nebraska family and friends. I'll likely be hosting a big tailgate that should be a good mix of MU and NU fans. I will keep you guys posted.

The Longhorns' much-heralded quarterback, Nebraska-bound Blaine Gabbert, was just five of 16 passing for 64 yards and a pair of interceptions before he was benched in favor of his younger brother, Tyler, for the final 8:57 of the game. I was born and raised in Nebraska, but have lived in Columbia, Missouri for many years. I hope you all are looking forward to the game on October 6th as much as I am. If I can answer any questions about Columbia or Mizzou on game day, let me know. I think it is going to a great game and likely very close. I hope the Tigers come out on top though!
