How do I do the color thing? I just can't get it right for some reason...

dont make it hard...just select/highlight it like you wanted to copy/paste it....leave it highlighted and hit the big 'A' above the post field next to the little globe. click the color you want, leave it the f#*k alone, and post your response. always just select your own text. dont try to make it colored, then select the whole tagged mess to try and make it bigger.

 

maybe you are just being a smartass though?? there is no time for that. the game starts soon.

Look if Watson was calling passing plays and running play action a lot then yes....Lee is more equipped for this but the play calling shows we are trying to knock people off the ball, shorten the game, wear them down.

That's not right at all. Lee isn't a run threat. Green is a run threat and therefore he can make the defense play the run on option plays. That makes the option work. Pass, hand off or pitch to the I back, or keep.

How about Green 8 yards rushing ...Lee minus 13. It's obvious we are trying to grind this one out on the ground so green makes better sense with this gameplan. Why is this so hard to understand?

I don't think that's so hard to understand. Green gives us a more well rounded attack. Lee isn't a run threat, so he can't sell the option. Green can sell the option.

great defensive play so far, especially the tackling has been outstanding, hardly any missed tackles

It's a great defensive game. I love it!

I sure hate to say this, but, Pelini is going to take some major heat about this kind of play.

I really believe this mostly about coaching. The kids aren't that bad, but they don't seem to understand the fundamentals.
