WIGGLY SALAD
2/3 Cup vinegar
2/3 Cup oil
2/3 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp Accent*
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tblsp parsley flakes
1/2 Tblsp minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 oz pkg rotini pasta
Cook pasta and let cool
Mix ingredients and let set (mix well) before serving add 1/2 chopped onion and 1 small chopped cucumber. I usually just put it all together at one time--will taste best if let set overnight before using.

Pork Tenderloin Sandwich
1 pork tenderloin (about 20-24 oz.) (cut into slices and beaten out thin) or you can buy them from your local market all ready
4 sandwich buns or kaiser rolls
1 gallon canola oil if deep fat frying
1 quart buttermilk for the marinade
2 whole eggs for the marinade (optional)
1/4 cup of white flour for the marinade
Pinch of salt and black or white pepper for the marinade
1 tablespoon dry mustard for the marinade
1 or 2 cloves of freshly chopped garlic for the marinade
Pinch of Emeril’s Original Essence seasoning or Cayenne for punch for the marinade
1 package of Japanese bread crumbs for the breading
1/4 cup yellow corn meal for the breading (optional)
Sliced tomato, sliced onion, lettuce, mustard, mayo, and pickle condiments to suit
Mix buttermilk, egss, flour, salt and pepper, dry mustard,Emerils seasoning or cayenne pepper. and garlic together. Put in large casserole dish, put in tenderloins, cover and refrig for 8 hours or overnight.
Take out of refrig and let stand to room temp. In another casserole dish mix bread crumbs and cornmeal together. He deep fat fryer, doing a test piece to make sure oil is hot enough. Fry one tenderloin at a time.
You can use pork loin, but tenderloin is best. DO NOT use pork chops, roast or pork steak, it will make your sandwich tough.

In 87 I couldn't go to the NU/OU match up. I got 500 bucks for my one ticket. Those seats won't be empty for long.

One of my friends who is an Iowa fan was giving me some lip because I said we beat ISU easily. He said we shouldn't be so happy about a 35-7 win and blah blah blah and then said "Go Hawks!" I reminded him of the most boring game I've seen this year and a game they barely won.......................Iowa vs. ISU. I also reminded him that we have a much harder conference than him so he shouldn't be talking to much smack. He hasn't said much to me since, funny how a few wins and all of the sudden the Iowa fans are talking crap again.
We could be on a collision course with Iowa in a bowl game. I would love to see it happen. Although Shon Greene scares the hell out of me. He is a man amongst boys.
Yeah, Shonn Green is definately a worry and I believe you are right when you say we may meet in a bowl somewhere. It would be a great game because Iowa doesn't have much of a pass offense and they would run it at us quite a bit.
That is if Ferentz can field a team by then..............., they have had alot of run ins with the law lately even Kirk's son was busted......
Yeah, I know, I just keep shaking my head wondering what the hell he's doing over there.
Hubby thinks it will be his last year. 20 kids have had runs in, since April of 2007.

My in laws and hubby are ISU and Iowa fans. But my whole family are huskers. He has 7 in his family with neices and nephews, I have 70 with neices and nephews. My mil bought my daughter an ISU shirt when she was born, my sister, her godmother, saw it once when my hubby put it on her, needless to say the next week we had husker cheerleader outfit, sweatsuit and t shirt. They gave up. My daughter is going to be a Husker Cheerleader this year for halloween, she choose it.
