I don't understand why the ball isn't given to AA every play for the rest of the game.

I remember the days when Nebraska would get beat, I would be in a bad mood until Wednesday. Now, I'm so apathetic about Nebraska football that by the time the postgame show is over, I've mainly forgotten about the loss.

 

Bo, his team, his coaches, his players - they have all taken so much of the joy and emotion out of Nebraska football for me. And I know I'm not alone in that feeling.

Agreed. I miss caring. If they don't fire Bo, i certainly won't be donating another $6000 for my 4 tickets (plus face value) for next year.

It's almost impressive how we always seem to find a way to sink even further into embarrassment every November. But, 9 wins, so, yeah he's kinda like Saban...

pretty funny that anyone who criticized bo was ostracized, alienated, and generally attacked. then bo proves them all right and people come back because their general consensus is well-received and the majority opinion, and they still get called out.

All you need to know about national perception is that no one even bats an eye anymore when we lose games by 5 TD's, or blow 2 TD leads. It stops being breaking news when it happens multiple times every year.

As the announcers said at the end of the game. This is the new normal. Get used to it.

News flash:

It doesn't make you some great, epic fan to turn a blind eye to crappy coaching in the name of not being a fairweather fan. And people who critique the coaching staff (and have been critiquing them for years) are not necessarily fair-weather fans.

So get over yourself. Bo supporters were wrong. Maybe he's some amazing leader, but he can't get out of his own way and hire coordinators who are good at their job. And that is a fireable offense on its own.

Yeah, a lot of people with marbles rolling around in their skull usually just go with the "cmon, just support the team!!" argument, because they don't have a clue as to whats going on.

Championships would be nice, but I'm tired of being embarrassed a couple times on a yearly basis. That never used to happen.

People don't even even do a double take anymore when they see that we lost by 5 TD's and gave up record amounts of yardage. Its just like, "oh yeah, thats Nebraska". Not a good place to be, even if you are winning 9 cupcake games a year.

But thats just me.

Minnesota with sustained drives. Us with floated passes and hail mary's that somehow find a receiver. They may be down for the time being, but I'd much rather have what they have going on offense.

This Air Raid attack matches our personnel very well. Let's see where this goes...

I realize many of you think that Nebraska can do no right at the moment. That said, it was a great first drive, KB has given the team everything you can ask for even if he isn't a dude you want to kick it with. Right now, lets just support the team.

 

It would be a shame to have to amend the sign to through these gates walk....fans.
