That is horrible. I could never imagine. My thoughts and prayers are with Stacy and his family.
Makes you appreciate every moment you have.

This thread gives me goosebumps.
Me too. It brings back a lot.

WOW, thinking of it brings back a lot of memories. It was the 1993 game against Texas Tech. It was a 50-27 whoopin.
For a 13 year old life long fan it was an amazing experience. It was my dad's first game since he was my age so it was great for him too. We sat in the south end zone 2 rows above the tunnel. The noise was almost deafening and the whole place just shook when the team took the field. I will never forget that experience.
Now that I have a family and two boys of my own I am definitely going to make it back to Lincoln so they can have the experience too.

I have to say this was one hell of an article. It really puts things into perspective.

Because our soon-to-be-former DC is an idiot. That's why.

Maybe he is trusting in god for this.

Neither. They're both slow pocket passers. Keller has the better arm. Great kids, but both just band-aids in Cali's dysfunctional offense, if you can call it that.
Definitely Agree

It felt like this. OUCH!!!

I don't know if this has already been posted but I just noticed that Gabbert has completely pulled his verbal.
Any thoughts? Do we even want to get a QB like him knowing we will probably have a new scheme that he may not fit into and probably will transfer anyway.

Lucky is the best all purpose back we have. Does he run people over ? No, but isn't that what you have an offensive line for. Our backs from the past didn't wear their opponents down, the offensive line did. When a running back tries to constantly run the defense over, they end up getting hurt (Cody Glenn). Im not dogging on our o-line either, they're just doing what they're taught, zone blocking, and zone blocking sucks. Let those big fellas line up and smack someone, instead of making them dance with them.

But, when he was a position coach at NU he was, frankly, unimpressive. Poor technique plagued his players and little to no improvement was seen over time.
Your kinding with this comment right? Tommie Frazier, Brook Berringer, Scott Frost and Eric Crouch. These guys were all pretty impressive under him if you ask me. What are you smokin

The streak will continue. I just hope people treat Callahan with respect when he leaves the field for the final time. I'm not a fan of his and can't wait to get a new staff in Lincoln, but the man (the entire staff for that matter), deserve to be treated with respect. We've done enough to damage our reputation as football fans this season, lets not make it any worse.
I agree. Disrespect towards him would be seen as being against the team. We don't need anymore of that at all.
