  1. Not trying to be a dick but being interested in a job is different than the folks doing the hiring being interested in you. Shula did have some things working against him but he is going to have to take a lower-level HC job, prove himself, then go for a Nebraska-type job.

    :yeah

hell even i'm interested in the job :nanalama

(... and for the sake of this great state... i hope T.O aint interested in me)

  2. needs some new underwear after that move. LMAO

Yeah, I don't know if it's the fact that we're kicking tail right now, but I really like this broadcaster.

I'm really not a fan of this broadcaster, he's called Mo Purify Marcus Purify once... just a lot of other small things that i can't really think of .... maybe its Versus i dont like i dont know

  3. Has he worn anything Husker related at all since SP got fired?

I haven't seen all interviews, but it seems to be a clear shift.

    Thoughts?

Maybe he hasnt had time to wash his clothes. He has been busy lately.

That is correct.... on tuesdays press confrence he was wearing his "excellent" shirt... and his "excellent" pants... maybe even his "excellent" socks.... they help him be "excellent" in what ever he does

  4. A couple thoughts ...

1 - Remember that Pelini was a coordinator that got canned after remaining loyal to a program. I don't think he would dismiss the guy out of hand if Watson really wanted to bleed Husker Red.

2 - Watson may be the tie to the WCO that current recruits need to stay committed to NU. Therefore, he might get a year to prove himself and keep continuity in the offense while Bo goes to work on fixing a pathetic defense.

Bo's not going to come back to be DC. He's the top asst coac in the country so ll kinds of schools will want him for HC.

i see no where in that post where it says he's coming back as a DC...

  5. Honestly, I can't say that I blame Gray--or any other recruit at this point--with the state that the NU program is in right now. I just hope that when the new staff gets in that they'll give them a decent look.

I think Gabbert's got family ties to NU, so there's hope that he'd consider coming here for a new coach.

This is only the beginning, though. We're going to see a lot fo them decommit.

actually i believe the family ties are to Coach Callahan, watched a video the other day saying BC coached Gabbert's uncle in college
