Ya, well the bad thing is I have to work so I can't get to a club/bar to watch it. But I was wondering because I have a TV at the desk where I'll be so I could still watch it...

Just re-read your post and i'm not done...

your out of conference games were:

Central Michigan - like you said, finished 8-6 won the MAC

Southeastern Louisiana - finished 3-8 only beating 2 D2 teams and Nichols State

Toledo - finshed 5-7

FIU - 2007 Season: 1-11 ... do i have to say more?

In conference, while I know the school has no control over:

K-state - A team who has been struggling, but was ranked at the time (24)

Baylor - no explanation needed...

Colorado - See k-state (without the ranked part)

Texas A&M - mediocre year for the aggies, Quality win for KU

Nebraska - A scoring explosion by both sides early, but Nebraska had serious troubles last year

Oklahoma State - Just came off a bad loss to Texas, barely finished above .500

Iowa State - the baylor of the north

Missouri - Need i say more?

I mean come on...

I don't understand how you cannot see that KU's 2007 schedule was one of the weakest ever...

You played 2 ranked teams the entire regular season...

#24 K-state who quickly folded after a quick start to the season

#4 Missouri who beat you

I just don't understand it...

So, more specifically, does anyone know if Cox Communications in Wichita, KS will be broadcasting the game on any channel (PPV or regular)?

Projected Record: 8-4, 4-4 Big 12 - A little more optimistic than most? Maybe, but I don’t see both Kansas and Missouri coming into Lincoln and leaving with victories.

 

Nebraska Preview

It says KU will lose against us... so Kansas and Missouri dont both come up and win...

But, thats pretty much how I see our season... except for the K-State game...

 

5. It's going to be an ugly year at Texas A&M.

The transition from an option-based offense to a pro-style is going to take a) time, and B) different recruiting. The Aggies have a severe shortage of able-bodied offensive linemen, and they are in the toughest division west of the SEC East.

I didn't realize Texas A&M was in the SEC... lol

As much as I want to beat the Puffs, If we can only win one more I'd have to go with K-State. We at least play CU in Boulder... we have K-Sucks here and we NEED to win at least ONE legitimate home game this year.

 

 

I for one Don't want to beat Kansas this year. Beating KU isn't going to make or break our year and I actually like KU and would much rather be able to watch KU destroy any hope of Pinkel and his kitties have of actually winning the division.

 

Call me an untrue fan if you must but I think as much as losing yet another game would be, it would be more worth it this year to take that loss and be able to watch Pinkel yet again be unable to pull of a North Title with the best QB in the conference.

Even if we beat Kansas, they still have the same record as Mizzou. Thus, no matter what (assuming no other losses), the game between Mizzou and Kansas will be the winner of the BigXII North Division.

That being said, I hope we beat Kansas.
