Oh sh#t, mod fight!
Someone is desperate for entertainment.
Newearth and I don't agree on everything about the team. Shocking news, I know. We're allowed to discuss it in the forums, and even disagree (OMG!!!) and it's not a big deal.
I was just messin around. I've been members of other forums where mods fought openly, personal attacks and all.
Ick. I'd hate to see that here. Like I said, we have differing views on the team but we're all on the same page when it comes to the board, and I doubt you'd ever see anything like a personal attack from one Mod to another. We get along pretty well.
Except for BRI. That dude's a menace. Mostly we all stand across the room and talk about him behind his back. He's got cooties, you know.
Goes with being Iowan, I suppose.

O/U Refs killed by Bo: 2
-
Also confirmed by Niles' family and high school coach last night. Hate to hear that he's not going to be able to play on senior day.
Additionally, this story wasn't on pedia, max or RSS last night before the OP. So once again, huskerboard breaks the news before all of them. Unfortunately it can't always be good news...
It got deleted off RSS.
-
KLIN confirmed as well.
-
Well now I am hearing this is true from someone I trust. This sucks.
-
That would suck.
I've got mixed feelings. I was done with this guy weeks ago. For me ... it's a none issue.
I wouldnt' want any player to miss the last home game ... and that of his career. However, with all the mistakes this kid makes ... until he tries to make up for them ... his just a disappointment. With the possible "upside" ... now there is no downside of mistakes.
I would think that we have enough playmakers to mix it up ... but our focus has to be opening up some holes on the line and running the ball with authority. If we can't do that against CU then do we deserve to win?
SheepdogMark
Yeah, Niles is the ONLY person we have who commits mistakes. There's a huge downside.
-
Unfortunate if true. I haven't heard much in the way of confirmation, so I'll take this with a grain of salt and hope it's false.
-
I haven't watched it in quite a while, but Jay Mariotti was a regular on the show. That pretty much sums it up.

Saying that Osborne should suspend Bo is the only truly stupid thing he said.

What about when the QB is in the pocket between the tackles and throws the ball to nothing but open field? Example - In the 3rd qtr, Tannehill threw a deep ball to no man's land, and by "no man's land" I mean no one was within 15 yards of where the ball landed. I think Fuller ran the wrong route, a hook instead of a fly, so the throw was probably not intentional. But, it makes you wonder, doesn't it?
The QB has to be under duress. It's a judgment call, the refs have to believe he was throwing it to avoid a sack. Of course, Tannehill could have been facing the Spanish Armada, then thrown that ball and we wouldn't have gotten a flag.

I thought if it crossed the line of scrimmage then it wasn't grounding. Someone wanna correct me?
Gotta be out of the tackle box for that to be true.

Kenny G and Carrot Top man? That sounds like half of the worst celebrity orgy ever.
Folsom Field
Horrific Civil War internment camp.
Good book!

The last time I let out my hate I got a thread deleted, so.............

I'm sure he was talked to. It's not being assaulted or 3rd and 44, but whatever. I don't think any of us ever expected the Big 12 to do anything. They didn't do anything to Klein when he was trying to twist Rex's head like a bottlecap.

It's really disappointing to think so many on here are condemning another group of students for rushing the field for being excited. IT's this "Holier than thou" feeling that really aggrevates some people. I've always thought highly of the Huskers, but this is annoying to me. We had students who were excited and on the field, so they did it. You seem to forget it wasn't the students that screwed you guys over. We've had to deal with so much poor officiating this year, it;s just part of the game. We deal, we move on. Frankly, I'm surprised y'all are so focused on last week's game instead of Colorado?
Is that why you're still here? Aren't you playing Texas this week?
-
Actually, the last time I saw fans excited and try ro run onto Kyle Field after a big win, it was Nebraska fans in 2002...
I totally believe this.
-
I thought it was a dumb. A top 20 team beat a top 10 team at home. Whoopty do. Should we have rushed the field after the Missouri game?
-
Depends what you think is the "truth". I see a lot of opinion and not a lot of facts.

Really? It was on the front page of ESPN all day yesterday, led Pat Forde's weekly column and the weekly Bottom 10 on ESPN, and was on Around the Horn and PTI. It's getting way overblown.
