  1. WR---------T--G--C--G--T---------------WR

    --------------RB----RB-------------------

    -----------------QB----------------------

    -----------------RB----------------------

This is the formation in the video if you can't view it. They had Ameer (front left), Green (front right), Taylor at QB, and Rex behind.

  2. I know when the Big Ten Network guys were on campus, Gerry Dinardo raved about Abdullah more than Green or Heard. Not a knock against AG or BH, but more of a compliment to Ameer. I loved the diamond formation seen in some of the practice videos too.

Are these in the videos on Huskers.com? And if so, which day?

Here is the link about the 1:23 mark of the video. Video

  3. Martinez is not faster than Crouch in a 100M race. Martinez has the ability to go from 0-60 faster than Crouch, but overall top speed goes to Eric. Martinez has quick feet, great burst, great balance, and 4.5 speed. Crouch ran a 10.4 100M dash in High School and at the NFL combine ran a 4.47 40yd. and 1.55 10yd. Both are tough runners, but people forget Crouch trucking that Iowa safety on the way to the endzone. Taylor is quicker and has better feet, Crouch is faster and is a stronger runner to this point.

You are really off, Crouch ran a 4.4 and Taylor is just as fast if not faster Not saying that he is a better runner then crouch but there is no way that Taylor runs a 4.5,scott frost was a good runner too and ran a 4.5 and Taylor is way faster looking.

    Crouch 40-time

    Martinez Scout Profile

At the Scout Combine as a junior in high school Taylor ran an electronic timed 4.5 40yd dash. His Rivals/Scout profile also lists a 4.47, which was an unofficial handheld time his senior year in high school. You sir are really off....

  5. It is only beneficial to compare schools when you are a full grade above the other school. If you are comparing A to a B+ you won't get very many points. It also helps if what you are comparing is a priority for the recruit.

As far as wasting time on recruits with full interest, I think it is beneficial to call on those recruits. I have had a few who were soft commits to another program and I got them to switch. It has also happened the other way around, where I had a soft commit and they ended up leaving. I usually use 50-60 minutes when a guy is close to committing. I figure it gets them to make a decision faster and allows me to put those minutes somewhere else.

I think the padlock symbol means there were some pitches unlocked for you.

  6. I just finished my first season with the Huskers. Beat Ohio State in the BCS Championship Game 38-3, and finished with the #2 overall recruiting class behind Texas. Christian Ponder from FSU won the Heisman, Zac Lee finished 3rd in the running. I didn't get any other awards, Gomes was runner up for the Thorpe Award and Cameron Meredith was runner up for the Lombardi.

With recruiting I've come to find that players not from a pipeline state must have you in the top 3-4 at the beginning of the season to even stand a chance. Otherwise pipeline recruits can have you as low as 8 before the season starts. So far in season two with Nebraska, I'm in the 8th week and I am #1 overall with 3 Five Stars, 4 Four Stars, and 1 Three Star. I make sure to fill my recruiting board completely full, but I only call on the top 15 on my board. As the season goes along and players committ to me or go elsewhere, I move players up the board into the top 15 accordingly. Just having people on your board can help out for situations like this, and I've had a few where I rose from 5-6th on a players list to 2-3 without calling them all season.

  7. I've had my GF for 2 years now (practically lives with me) ? small, white, petite thing, cooks for me, always been good to me. I go away on vacation for a week, come back and something just doesn't seem right to me. I asked my dad if he had seen anything happen with my GF and he just acts clueless.

3 weeks later, I'm coming home from work when I see clear as day, right in my kitchen; my dad with his meat in my GF. I was so mad and told him to get his meat out of my GF and get out of my house. Needless to say my GF got turned off and I just couldn't get over it. That night I kicked my GF to the curb.

Now it's been 2 weeks since the incident and needless to say, I haven’t seen my GF. Also my dad has the audacity to ask my how my GF has been when he's the damn reason we aren’t together anymore.

Should I get off the computer and go and kick his ass or what or just pack my stuff up and leave?

Here’s a picture of my GF, because I know you’ll be asking.
