  1. Since the spring game isn't going to be televised, but IS sold out, do you guys think it is going to get any kind of coverage? I don't know if Alabama's game last year was actually televised but I remember on sportscenter they showed some clips of it either way, and I think that did a lot of good for Alabama's national presence last year. Hoping we can get the same effect. :)

Well- you said "any"- it will be on radio of course...

  2. This world is going straight to H&LL. Everytime that i turn on the TV there's always a story about some guy killing this guy or like today on The Today Show they were showing this mom giving her daughter a bath in at Car Wash using the pressure washer .

People with money or talent think that they are better than everybody else and think that they should be treated like kings.

But yet violent crime continues to decline. Accept for drugs... :moreinteresting

  3. I actually wish our colors now were truly a little more "scarlet and cream" versus the red/white they've mostly become. Nothing drastic- just a little more unique scarlet and a true cream...

Hey- since we're all about "getting back to our roots" these days. ;)

  4. LSU suspends Perrilloux indefinitely for team rules violation

    By Chris Low

    ESPN.com

Ryan Perrilloux, the heir apparent at quarterback for defending national champion LSU, has been suspended indefinitely.

LSU coach Les Miles made the announcement Monday, saying Perrilloux violated team rules. Miles said Perrilloux's status for spring practice was unclear. The Tigers open spring workouts on Feb. 29.

This was supposed to be Perrilloux's shot to take over the quarterback duties full time at LSU. A rising junior, he stepped in for an injured Matt Flynn to lead the Tigers to a 21-14 victory over Tennessee in the SEC championship game last season. Perrilloux also played in the Tigers' 38-24 win over Ohio State in the BCS national championship game.

Perrilloux, a highly touted high school prospect from LaPlace, La., has already been suspended two other times during his LSU career. He didn't make the trip to the Alabama game last season after allegations surfaced that he was involved in a fight at a Baton Rouge nightclub. Perrilloux was not charged following the police's investigation.

Last May, he was suspended by Miles after being cited for allegedly trying to use his brother's drivers license to get onto a casino gambling boat. Perrilloux was reinstated to the team in time for the start of preseason practice.

With Perrilloux's status in limbo, that means junior Andrew Hatch, who began his career at Harvard, and redshirt freshman Jarrett Lee will move to the top of the Tigers' quarterback chart.

  5. Enjoy your visit to Lincoln!

If you absolutely can't find a room in Lincoln, and have the time, stay in the Old Market area of Omaha. Good hotels, food and things to do. On game day, depending on traffic and when you leave, you'll have about a 75-90 minute commute to the game.

(Chance are you might be flying to Omaha anyway).

    :cheers
