I don't think he meant quit when something isn't going well, I think he meant leave because his dream has been head coach since he got into coaching and he thought that was here. He was promoted to Assistant head coach last year under Frank Solich which basically means after Frank retires that he will be the next head coach. It also means that if Frank gets fired,hurt,sick,or dies that he would take over in most cases. However, I beautiful A.D. names the defensive coordinator interim head coach and not the assistant head coach turner gill. Then He doesn't even get a look at the head coaching job but is asked to be demoted to WR coach. He takes it because there isn't any other jobs open but knows he will never be the head coach with callahan and staff here and most importantly an A.D. who doesn't believe in him or his system. That is why he is smart.

Now thats what I like to hear. The only reason I was critical of the kid in the past was b/c it was publicized that Beck had "demanded" that Callahan only recruit HIM at QB for the class of 2005. Guess that wasn't quite the case.

 

He's looking more and more like the QB we need running the greatest team in CF history.

Beck fits right in with Callahan and the other coaches who are smooth talking fibbers.

I have trouble understanding your post. You should try not to talk like a thug who can't type. I think Beck is just really cocky and thinks he's king sh!t when really he pretty overrated. It's obvious that the coaches told him he would be the only qb recruit, otherwise why wouldn't of they went out and recruited hard for another one and now all the sudden the coaches went begging to them because they decided they needed another one so they are going after another jordan adams who isn't much.

Artest shouldn't have went up there in the stands but I really can't say I blame him. In the heat of the moment when some jackass throws beer and cup on you it would be hard not to especially when he wasn't doing nothing.

I thought the fans were just as much if not more at fault and think it's ridiculous that the players are getting most of the blame for this.

I thought the security was ridiculous. A good security would of jumped the fan who threw that beer and artest when he tried to run up there and it would of been done with and not a big deal but there wasn't any security in sight.

My final thought is that no beer should be allowed at any sporting event. I don't think alot of this would of happen if you don't have a bunch of drunk fans at a game.

Adrian Peterson has a seperated left shoulder. He sustained the injury in the fourth quarer of last weeks game against A&M. He did return to the game and had one rush for four yards. Hopefully our defense plans to gang tackle and put lots of bodies on that shoulder.

Doesn't matter. They have a couple other backs that can easily take the torch against Cosgroves defense. They have All-American qb throwing to All-American WR's.

They also have a defense that has given up 71 POINTS in the past two games.

We will see how that defense does against us. They have been without Perkins which hasn't helped them any.
