  1. Hey everyone. I'm trying to find the cheapest tickets possible to the Virginia Tech game next season. Does anybody know the best place to look for tickets? Also, does the University sell many tickets for these road games and when would they go on sale. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

  2. Haha same here. I looked prior to the Colorado game and there were still plenty left. By 8 oclock that night the $75 tickets were already gone. Now I'm not one to assume, but I can't help but think a Sea of Red will be out in Jacksonville if we do indeed end up there. GBR

  3. I just bought my tickets today as well. On the Gator Bowl website it says the ACC is the designated home team and will be on the West side of the stadium. So I purchased ones for the east side. Many of the tickets were sold out already by the time I got there so I'm hoping that means we'll have a SEA OF RED!

  4. This was not a classless move at all. It was still the first half. You don't stop scoring on a team just because they can't stop you. If this was with 5 minutes in the 4th we might have a discussion. This was just a great offense taking advantage of a poor defense.

  5. The defense is showing a lot of heart these past couple of games. Hopefully Watson and Co. can continue to eat up the clock with those long drives and keep Oklahoma off the field. Maybe we'll have a game on our hands in the 4th (crossed fingers). Can't wait for Saturday. GBR!

Here's an article I found online. Thought he had some pretty negative things to say about us.

I like the quarterback (Joe Ganz) a lot. He's a heck of a kid. But they can't run the ball. (Marlon) Lucky is good, and he runs good routes. But they really can't run the ball. The line has that mentality of throw, throw, throw (from the old coaching staff). And it's hard to change that mind-set quickly and become a running team overnight. Bo (Pelini) wants to run the ball, but they aren't there yet. It may come after seven or eight games. Or it may not come until the spring. The passing game? They can't just drop back and throw it. Most of their big passing plays come off play-action.

"On defense, I wasn't that impressed. They are big up front, but there isn't much of a pass rush. Bo is trying to scheme them up. He's a big schemer. They came at us with a lot of different blitzes and stunts. I think the DBs are average. I will say the kid they moved from running back to linebacker (Cody Glenn) is a player. He's good. I think this defense will struggle to play in space."

  7. Call me crazy but wasn't gameday just at the Coliseum this week? I don't see them going back there 2 weeks after they were just there. There's no reason they wouldn't come to Lincoln, unless some other two teams step up and demand attention. - the only game I see even on the bubble is possibly Iowa vs. Michigan State if neither loses another game before than.

Great point. If we can pull off an impressive victory over Va Tech I wouldn't be too shocked to see the Gameday crew in Lincoln. Especially since Mizzou hasn't won here in 30 years. Should be interesting.
