welcome aboard

no official word until tomorrow - but word is that he is 'N'

coach callahan likes to be predictably unpredictable. whatever he should do against you he wont. he has a tendency to attack your strengths a little too much.
unfortunatly this year BC is going to be very predictable - he has to pass and pass often - the lack of an O-line that can run block this year does not seem to exist. Look for more of the same this week, but he seems to have the expertise in knowing how to attack the weakness - if only the players can execute the way they did in the OT last week we should see similar results (hopefully without the heart attacks)

all I do is work on Saturdays

poetic justice - wouldn't it be great to pull a Boateng at the last minute and switch to the Huskers - dont see it happening but would be SWEEEEET none the less
-
Has USC even offered yet? Plus the fact that I dont think that he can qualify academically as of yet for SC. I would put him 'N' unless something happens
with his grades in the VERY near future.

I read an article this last week saying that the Husker coaching staff is Consdiering using Marlon Lucky as a Wide reciever,Since lucky did some recieving in Highschool If we can get other kinks worked out it could open up another Big target for the Huskers. Here is the Link to the article on huskerillistrated
Did not read it that way - said they were going to put him in the slot potentially to get him on the perimeter ( out in space ) Agree with what everyone else has stated
GET HIM IN THE GAME the more touches the better

All right sports fans - this is how i see this weeks game
All Nebraska has to do is show up to win this 1
stats of the game
1 when was the last time ISU beat the Huskers in Lincoln?
2 when was the last time Nebraska lost a homecoming game?
3 the latest line is Huskers by 5 The odds maker knows something?
there is no way that the Huskers should be favored in this game even if it is a home game ISU top 25 and Nebraska receives NO votes - something funny here!!!!!!
I'll take the Huskers AND predict the offense starts showing some signs of life this week ( not hitting on all cylinders yet ) but much improved over the previous 3 games.

and who is Adrian Taylor? cant find anything on him

The plays they are calling now are really no more complex than some high schools around the country are calling. Last year at this time it may have been a problem with complexity, but these days, not to much.
Yesterday, the offense itself was it's biggest hurdle. We can't have 11 penalties for 91 yards again and expect to win many games. Mistakes in execution were the offenses biggest problems yesterday IMO. However, the Pitt D did play decent so give them a little credit, but we just can't keep shooting ourselves in the foot with dumb procedure type penalties and holding.
Thank You Dave

are you kidding me - it is the ONLY system thet he knows - so yes he is going to run that offense - he CAN'T run the option because he knows nothing about it
-
how can they simplify any more - against Maine they ran 5 diff running plays and maybe 2-3 diff pass plays didnt get to watch the game yesterday but it didnt sound like they were running the WHOLE offensive pkg. USC is running the same O or very similar anyway and THEY get it -- are they any smarter than our players - i think not. These guys must step up and PLAY!!!!!!!
