KU's defense sucks which means the offense SHOULD do decent against them and well you know the story with the Blackshirts plus it helps that KU's offense has been in a slump lately.

It's so hard to say. After ISU you can't take anything this offense does for granted. All three of our remaining opponents can score if we're not "on" on defense. Who knows?

 

We could win zero, one, two or all three games. At this point, I won't be surprised no matter what happens.

Agreed, I went ahead and put 2 out of 3 just trying to be honest with myself and not pick with my heart. It's such a toss up because of the offense.

These are penalties that should have been cleared up after the first couple games, but game 8 and these stupid mistakes are still taking place is flat out JV crap.

I'm still trying to get over the difference between last season and this..Big12 was known as an "Offense Only" conference just last year..Now we beat OU 10-3 and Both Misouri and Kansas are 1-4 in the conference?

I think this just goes to show you what football is all about.

 

Offenses come and go. They never maintain their power week in and week out. True, great defenses show up every week.

 

We said last year that Pelini would have success in the Big 12 if he made defense a priority. Now, if we can just coach up these guys on offense, this team will be stellar.

Yeah our offensive identity so far has been SUCK.

We have capable players at the skill positions, it starts with the offensive line. Too inconsistent and just well not good overall IMO.

It's not eating crow if you pick against your team and they win... please. Eating crow is picking your team on a rival board then sacking up and posting on their board again after you LOSE! Not impressed...

Hard to say. If we beat Oklahoma, and they're undefeated coming in, I wouldn't be surprised to see fans on the field afterward.

 

I always hate when that happens, though. It's dangerous, and stupid stuff can happen because that's not where fans belong. Mixing super-excited (and possibly inebriated) fans with players of a losing team on the field is a great way to have stupid/bad stuff happen.
