missouri_husker24, I dont' know who you are, but I think you need to keep your mouth shut on topics like this because unless its information that you can get from the newspapers it needs to be kept quiet. I have numerous sources inside the program and they aren't supposed to be leaking anything, so I would tell your source to keep his mouth shut, or else you need to zip it. Judging by your name, I have a couple guesses as to who your source is. I will be asking them about it too.

 

This is why I was wary of posting any info on the situation. I'm attending UNL, I know people, and played high school football in Texas. I threw passes to Chris Omigie in practice. I have gone fishing with Bryce Brown here in Missouri. I know people. Im not trying to be the all knowing god of football. Nothing of what I said in my first post was LEAKING information. With that in mind....he also plans to take all his official, but only the huskers during the season. This because he has one game thats on a thurday and has time to visit, which worked perfectly with the TT game.

Hey Streeter CL, Why dont you just relax for a second. He didnt reveal some huge scandal, simply who is getting reps at line backer, He literally said these are the guys getting the most reps right now. Im not sure that information that is sworn to secrecy or someone cares a great deal about in the program. Why do you just shut your mouth, and stop snoopin around boards if you have so many sources inside the program. Either you got picked on a lot as a little kid and tattled to mommy and daddy a lot, or you really have nothing better to do all day. Just calm down man, hes not telling us huge news here.

I believe we have a pretty good chance with him. He have one his cousins already on campus, recruiting another, and if anything I would not doubt Mobley is a silent commit already (based on his and his uncle's statements from previous articles) or atleast an extremely heavy lean.

Yeah I couldnt agree more, Hill has also mentioned that he would like to get on the field Sooner than later, and I think with a guy like this and the current depth we have at WR especially by the time that he graduates, I think NU can really offer early playing time. Especially a guy that seems Big, Strong, and athletic. Great Possesion reciever on outs, slants, ins, etc...... Im really big on Hill, maybe an under the radar player this year IMO.

The 3 star defensive lineman out of Las Vegas dropped his commitment to UNLV, in favor of Nebraska. However, there is apparently some sort of undisclosed NCAA Rule that wont allow him to go strait to Nebraska in 2010. With that in mind he said that he is going to Fort Scott Community, and then will be joining the team the following year. He said that Ron Brown is an awesome and standout guy, and after researching the University this is where his heart is.

I heard it was because he attended part of highschool outside the US. Can anyone confirm this? Or give the reason for the admission trouble?

I cant confirm why he can't attend right away, but I am looking into it. Also by the time that he gets to lincoln he will have 3 years of elgibility more than likely. Kind of like Ricky Henry when he went to South Dakota in Wapheton I think?

New Rivals update on Hill....Says he is looking to schedule an official with NU for the Okie game, coming with Joshua Mitchell, and Harold Mobley. Also his cousin is last year commit Andrew Green. Hill says that he is extremly intersted in game atmosphere and wants to be somewhere comfortable. I think with some family and a couple of teammates in Mobley, Slavin, Mitchell may help. Also commented on how often him and his teammates talk about attending the same school, and how cool the would be. This may even help us land aaron green next year....Exciting stuff!

theres always a chance, but I think especially with the depth we have at TE, we really want this guy to be a speed rush end type of player who can get in the backfield quickly. Especially with all of the spread offenses that we are seeing, a guy like this would be a huge pick up. Mobley has always said although he hasnt played much defense he is open to anything, and thinks he can be very productive on the defensive side of the ball.

Im not 100 percent sure, but the articled implied that it is harder to get into PSU. Givens said that Larry Johnson (The Coach) wanted him to attened prep school by the University, but Givens said he wanted to play ball this year, and accumulated up to 25 Schollies since this morning. Then Givens when on to list us along with the 7 others as potentional schools of interest. I wasnt aware that PSU was above all of these other schools academically though

His trip to Nebraska went very good, and gave was pumped about the tadition and the great facilities that we have to offer. This guy would be a huge get from Florida with a big frame and weight to put on...I hope he is eventually N!

The four star Cornerback from Maryland did not Qualify for Penn State University, He will be attending another school. Nebraska is in his top 8 along with Miami, Florida, Rutgers, North Carolina, Oklahoma, West Virginia, and South Carolina.

Another guy from Maryland, this would be huge to have this guy Commit and then Practicing by the 8th

Also read that his high school coach said that he changed his number so he couldnt be contacted anymore, because of his commitment to nebraska and this is from 10 days ago....do we have reasons to be concerned?

Im not sure where you guys are getting this, Last I saw on Rivals is that he is still solid and has cut down any recruiting info to focus on his season, please provide a link
