Resiliency? How about The Ohio state comeback anyone? Sure their qb went down but what sparked the comeback? Everyone is so quick to just point out the flaws - we were a couple odd bounces of the ball (their first play where Lavonte punched the ball out but it went out of bounds) and a half second (they ended up missing the field goal but they got a delay of game penalty that shaw had fumbled into the endzone and we recovered) from a very different game. Also remember the Michigan game - we has just forced the second three n out of the game and Michigan was punting from ther own endzone - we were poised for a comeback too and who knows how that game woulda ended up. We are on the right track people were just waiting to put it together on both sides of the ball - gotta believe!

Everyone is forgetting that it was offensive pass interference on Lavonte that play - it was a pick play. Just watch that play again

The fact that a team that didn't win it's division, it's conference, or even win the game against its potential match and could still go to the national championship is pathetic and only proves that we need a playoff system.

Tyrod definitely didn't have a 2009 LandryJones moment against NU. After all he made one of the best clutch passes that I've seen in a long time to beat NU.... Without that pass VT loses.

if you are thinking about the long ball, hanlon completely blew the coverage by falling. tyrod did nothing that game. and he was a mobile qb.

hes talking about the td pass to win the game - because if it was the long ball you're absolutely right that ohanlon blew coverage. His sprint and td-saving ankle tackle was epic though, it's too bad we lost that game.

T mart is not a great option qb.

He's been doing OK for the most part, but that last one was bad. He's gotta make the defender commit to him if he's going to pitch. Then pitch and drop away from contact if you can... He dropped away from contact, and THEN pitched... weird.
