After almost 4 years of reading and participating on Husker Board I just want to let you all know "We are all insane". I can not recall a crazier season on this board thus far. It started with Owa (and everything in between...texas, taylor, watson...etc) and now Bo leaving. This to me is better than watching TV you've got your rumors, drama, comedy and bickering all in one.

Thank you for the entertainment.

I was standing in line at Disneyland with my family watching that on my phone. Boy did I get some funny looks when that kick went through. I get goosebumps every time I watch that video. Just an amazing moment. I will miss that kid, and hope him the best in the NFL. As far as the awards go, what a freaking joke!

You have no idea how badly I want this weasel to be on stage with a trophy in his hand standing next to a waiting Bo Pelini next week. Un-be-lievable.

I agree, but what I would really like to see is Bo set the trophy down on the 50 yrd line and proceed to unzip his pants and pee all over the trophy and walk away.

Some never heard of him, I for one have been a fan since 3rd grade when his wife was my teacher. He was fantastic. He came to Loveland Elementary in Omaha (prolly just to talk to his wife) and talked to our class. What a great guy. Not sure if he divorced or his wife passed, but I see he had a fiance. RIP Dan Young

Since we lost to Texas and Texas lost to Iowa State, does that mean Iowa State is better than the Huskers?

I spent Saturday in Cancun with my wife, 2 kids and some great friends. I wasn't happy that my better half booked the trip the weekend of the Texas game, but I figured someway, somehow I would get to see the game. Well it didn't exactly work out that way. The NU/UT game was not available at the resort we were at. While I was enjoying Dos X's but the dozen, I was able to get updates from back home throughout the game. Win or lose, I would not have traded the trip for anything. My kids had a smile on their faces from the time we left home until the time we got back. Believe it or not, it was a great lesson that there are more important things in life then Husker football.

I am leaving for Cancun(Riviera Muya) tomorrow morning and I am going to find a way to watch this game. Does anyone have any ideas on where or how to get the game in mehico?

If you watch the replay, the penalty was for spiking the ball, not for flexing his muscles. The spike will get you a flag every time.
