Pelini needs to isolate the team from everyone 24 hrs before the game if need be! This stuff i hear about girl trouble being the reason for poor performance at home, infuriates me! For one, every player knows what a distraction girls can be, and if they cant handle it better than to play poorly, then they shouldnt be playing and think about growing up instead! Sometimes you just have to do what's necessary even if it's unpopular! It's not fair to your teammates to drop passes because of a stupid girlfriend issue!

I wish I knew why, but look back over the last 2 years, we flat out suck at home. Our teams never show up to play. I know everyone will disagree on here, but for some reason rd games are catalysts that make the team come together, home games for some reason make the players limp noodles. It's like they try to downplay the hype until they can't play.

 

I've been a regular reader on this board for a couple of years now. One thing I've noticed is that Nebraska fans are as tough a critic as any I know. Could it be your team fears the home crowd judgement more than they do opposing crowds?

On the flip side, we have to have the mentality of, "Its us against the world." this week and I believe that mentality will get our players focused better and possibly play much better at home this time.

After today I believe its conspiracy theory the big 12 has against Nebraska for leaving the conference. That officating was one of the worst Ive ever seen. It just seemed from the start that Beebe was gonna make sure we lose this game.

This is the biggest mystery to me. I have seen this jersey up at Husker Authentics for a couple of months now. Then about a month ago I was listening to Stevie P's show and he noted that there will be no single change to this years jersey and they will look exactly like they did last year. I personnally wouldn't buy this jersey cause I'm not sure if that's the one you'll see on the field...bizarre

Eastbay is pretty accurate though with Authentic jerseys. I don't really care for them anyway. Id rather go back to the shoulder stripes, with grey masks. Kind of the old throw back look.
