As a matter of fact I do. What he was charged with is a second degree felony. The law that you are wanting to know about is Possession with the intent to distribute. Without any scales, packaging material, or some type of delivery list I think it will be hard to pursue the intent charge. Eventhough we all know his intention was to sell it around Austin. Although 5lbs is a hell of a lot for personal use. The DA may just go for it! I hope that helps you out.

Interesting - most states have laws that presume intent to distribute when the amount is in excess of "personal use". Could that be the case here?

Yea, around here in CO if you've got more than 2oz you get intent to distribute. I'd never heard anything about having to have scales or any other paraphanalia.

Model's Blonde Moment

A supermodel fell out of a coach travelling at 50mph after mistaking an exit door for a toilet door.

It happened as Tatyana Simanava was returning to her seat from the WC.

Instead of opening the door to the passenger area she pulled open the emergency exit.

The 21-year-old blonde was pitched out onto a busy road in the middle of New York.

The driver reportedly spotted her falling out and pulled over.

Miraculously, Ms Simanava was not hit by any passing vehicles.

However, she was rushed to hospital with a suspected broken shoulder and wrist.

Fashion photographer Eric Striffler told the New York Post: "She's a great model... very attractive and sexy in front of the camera.

"I'm very sorry to hear this news. It puts her career on hold for a while, unfortunately."

Brett wasn't holding out! He has all the money he needs and had no desire to play anywhere other than Green Bay. I'm happy he's coming back. He's still a better quarterback than Aaron Rodgers, although I believe Aaron's a reliable backup and will be a good starting quarterback when Brett does retire. Brett should play as long as he wants!

 

I agree. If he wants to play, I say let him. It's certainly not going to be as bad as the trainwreck Rodger's first season as starter is going to be.

Moving down for work and to be closer to my family. I'll always love Colorado, but I really need a change of scenery. It's going to cost me a fortune to watch all my games, though...
