Maybe he was trying to avenge this

No excuses really. He probably should be suspended. Michigan-Michigan St. games in the past 5 years haven't really been the pinnacle of 'good, clean play'. Doesn't matter. We're losing every game the rest of this season and will dissolve the football team out of sheer embarrassment. You guys should just throw hail mary's every play. You'll win.

yep yep, just like that
I think I'm going to die.

Man, I love gifs.

Hey Wisconsin, this is whats gonna happen when we don't play you this year

Then we'll go up to PSU and be like
And then we'll be like
And THEN we'll be like

id like michigan to be undefeated when we play them. I have no doubt we will be 8-0 and if Michigan is too, that would be an intense game. Gameday forsure!!
Game Day is in Ann Arbor this weekend....for a regional rivalry with no national interest. Actually, Kelly backed off his comments.

It is now a 'great and historic rivalry'. Maybe he is just joking.
It's called "trolling"
An unnamed source just told the Columbus Dispatch that Ohio State players like to tattoo their university provided hookers before they do blow off of them.

f#*k Notre Dame. 'Tis All.

Actually, I've been meaning to ask some scUM fans, what did you guys think of the HBO rivalry special? You think it portrayed you guys correctly?
Was great. Obviously everything HBO touches seems to be gold, so I had pretty high expectations going in. I think it definitely leaned OSU as far as coverage and point of view, but for the most part I thought it was entertaining and fair.

I respect both Nebraska and Ohio State and hope both teams have great seasons. Good luck this year fellas!
You're a Michigan fan, you don't respect anyone in the Big Ten
True.

RE: Michigan
The reason it seems to some that 'the cupboard is bare' is because the talent is all very young. There will be a lot of questions answered about this team in the first two weeks, and it could be very bad but could also be very good.
Also think many people, including the media at large, are overselling this 'pro-style' offense thing. They're going to run a lot more under center, but look for a lot of shotgun, read-option and hopefully some pistol in there as well. It'd be stupid to not take advantage of Gardner's athleticism at least somewhat, but at the same time, he goes down and we're looking at a true frosh behind him and our season goes down the toilet.

I've always imagined Purdue's campus to be constantly overcast and full of dead trees, this video confirms it.

As a neutral observer I voted for Wisconsin. After watching the first two years of a B1G with Nebraska, it just seems natural. Would definitely be must watch football for me.

WE'RE GONNA CRUSH YOU!
jk but i'm excited too...

With Michigan's recruiting success under Hoke...you would think they would be more "elite" by now, but I am actually not that impressed. Yes, they went to a BCS bowl....but that's it under Hoke thus far. You would think Hoke would be doing better at Michigan by now with how much talent he has at his disposal.....
...He's coached two seasons so far...

Are You Afraid Of The Dark was better

I hate Jim Delaney, hate the Michigan/Ohio State pompousness almost as much as that of Texas, hate the travel distance, hate the conference's terrible perception, hate our upcoming games against Illinois and Purdue and Rutgers and Maryland, hate the obsession with the Rose Bowl, hate Penn State, hate the Big Ten's total aversion to the playoff, hate how they are afraid to play games at night because apparently everyone in Big Ten country is a massive vagina, hate how we don't play any traditional rivals anymore, and hate having "cultural fit" and "stability" rammed down our throats. Like I've said a ton of times, I know why the move went down from an administrative standpoint. But that doesn't mean I have to like it.
Sorry.

I somewhat agree with the OP. I miss what the Big 12 SHOULD have been, if we didn't have to deal with texa$$' politics and power pulls. I miss the rivalries of the Big 12. I miss the better quality baseball and football. The Big 12 could at least compete with the $EC. I think that OSU will be able to now with Urb, but I don't think that we will ever compete for another MNC in this conference, unless we get a guy like TO, Urb or Saban to coach here, and that is very unlikely to happen. It will also be more difficult to get to the CWS again. The men's basketball was a little easier in the Big 12, so Miles would have a better shot at getting into the upper half of the conference. I don't like the stupid B1G rivalry games or the overrated Rose Bowl, and many of the fans of our new conference foes are worse than CU, KSU, and Mizzou fans. The road trips are farther away, and our fans seem to get treated pretty badly at those locations. To top it all off, OSU gets put on probation, Rutgers is a mess, and PSU had the worst scandal in the history of sports. Pretty embarrassing, really.
I guess the B1G has better wrestling and volleyball, so there is that. In time we will get more TV $$$ and the CIC will be great for the U, but athletically, this has been a fairly poor move. I don't get how many of our fans feel that "its a fit" and it "feels like home." We spent decades (and rightfully so) making fun of how weak B1G football was, now many of those same fans get all twitterpated over playing MSU and Michigan.
Wait, so you're pissed at the poor quality of the B1G's athletics, but you prefer Big 12 basketball because it's easier?
Also, I think you're overrating the quality the current state of Big 12 football. They sure didn't 'compete' in the bowl season last year. Once you make a Rose Bowl I think you'll feel a bit differently about it as well.

Great pick up. Getting a great prospect and beating out Urban? That's perfection.

Well you're stuck with us now . Don't worry. Give it some more time and it will be better than the Big 12 ever was. You guys just need to build a history with some teams in the B1G. I mean, you're already doing that with Wisconsin (those games between UW and NU have been intense) and hopefully with us. Too bad we are switching divisions, but hopefully that means we'll just meet in the CCG every year from now on!

It's true. They are pussies.

MSU is the favorite to win the Legends this year. Right.

So I haven't really been paying attention to college football since we played you guys. Whats the deal with the QB situation? What kind of injury does Martinez have and why isn't Armstrong playing?
