It's a moral issue alright, and one that you're on the very wrong side of.
His Highness tschu has decreed. It has been written so it shall be. Lol.
The only real bigotry and intolerance I have witnessed in this thread is bigotry towards believers and intolerance for their viewpoint. I guess that is the result when so many have failed to succeed at grasping the religion they claim to have studied so thoroughly or in other cases have not even given it a chance. Have fun playing with that moral compass that has no true north direction.
Believe it or not, you don't need to be religious to have morals. The fact that you think you need a deity to tell you what's right or wrong is pretty silly. Frankly, it is intolerant to believe that two consenting adults shouldn't be allowed to have sex or marry because your holy book says so. It's the same justification that people used in days past to justify slavery.

Landlord, you never said anything about homosexuality being bad, necessarily, but you did say that they make bad decisions. As if gay people choose to be gay. That has got to be one of the most idiotic statements anyone could possibly make about this issue. Why in God's green earth would someone choose to be gay? That would be like choosing to be black during most of America's history. And why is having gay sex a bad decision? Other than the fact that the Bible prohibits it, do you actually have a good reason for this belief? It's obvious that you don't strictly adhere to everything in the Bible, so I think it's a little hypocritical for you to base your opinions of homosexuality off of what the Bible says.

People have very strange ideas of what acceptance and tolerance are.
What's your definition, and why should gays have to be tolerated? Why can't you just love and accept your fellow man for what he or she is? People on HuskerBoard tolerate me, because I have a propensity to say some stupid sh#t. Most people on HuskerBoard accept gays for what they are, because there is nothing wrong with being gay. Matt Chandler is promoting tolerance of gays, because their sin is just as sinful as any other sin. That's dumb. The whole idea of sin is dumb, and it's straight insulting to gays to compare their sexuality to something like murder or bestiality. It's just a way to hide hate in a pretty package. Hating gay people is hate, regardless of what the Bible or any other holy book says.
How would you feel if the Bible said it was a sin to have sexual relations with someone a year younger than you, but those are the women you're attracted to? How would you feel if 33 states had laws that say you couldn't marry a woman a year younger than you? How would you feel if millions, perhaps billions, of people across the world hated you just because you are attracted to women a year younger than you? You'd probably feel pretty bad, huh?
If you can't accept two men because they like to do the dirty with each other, then you just need to grow up. I'm sure they accept you for all the sins you're guilty of.

Any dog is capable of violence if it's raised poorly, but the unfortunate thing about pit bulls is that they are specifically bred to be violent dogs. If they're raised correctly, they'll be just as well-behaved as any other dog, but if they're not well raised, they considerably more violent than most other dogs.

This is so stupid. Your family isn't hurting for money, so why the hell are you out stealing bikes? Such a moronic thing to do. If this is all true, then boot his ass off the team. No need for people like him in the locker room.

There's a place in Fallbrook called Toast that has some really good food and atmosphere.

If i were him I'd be doing some volunteer work on the weekend to show that I'm able to contribute to the community in a positive way. Holding down a job wouldn't hurt either. I'd also buy some sweat pants with belt loops and a nice fitting belt.
He currently has a full-time job at some car dealership in Lincoln.
And said he would be enrolling in counseling.
That's great to hear. I'm confident we'll be seeing him back on the team in 2015.

Rhett was an OU QB who had a "job" at a dealership in which he was getting paid for but wasn't actually showing up to work at.
Care to fill me in on the joke? I remember Rhett Bromar, but I don't remember the reference.

Hope it's not a Rhett Bomar kind of job!
Oh, okay. Thanks! I wonder if Avery is still under all the strict NCAA rules even though he's not allowed on campus.

But we're the dumb school, according to our B1G brothers, since we don't have that fancy AAU thing anymore.

I had always heard that was the story as well. Not sure what's changed.I thought Ganz had to leave because he used up his GA allotment. And that Kellogg was coming in to take over. What's the story on that?
Somebody mentioned in another thread that Ganz was staying now. Landlord maybe? I'll look for it.
I think Joe Ganz is technically still part of the staff until he finishes his graduate studies this month. Then, RKIII will take over his spot on the GA staff.
That was they story originally but there were reports around the end of spring ball that RKIII wouldn't be coming on staff because Ganz was going to stay another year.
I hadn't seen that. I'm fine with him staying, though. He's been a great mentor to all the QBs.

Is there a reason that recruiting costs have spiked so much in recent years?

So, this happened:

These people really think they're in some sort of military.

Ref the media. Every media service carries the water for their respective demographics. If you don't believe that you are incredibly naive. CNN conservative? MSNBC? Fox liberal? Which ever one "you" prefer is the more accurate/reliable/non-biased/fair etc....... Come on man.
Personally, to get more accurate info, read the foreign news. They have less "dog in the fight", are easier to find now with the internet and can be translated rather easily. I also do not know which ones are considered "conservative or liberal" so its harder to find ones that "fit" my view.
Bottom line, me like everyone else in this 7 page thread pretty much have their view, can prove it with their media/web/graph source and still not change anyones minds. Reading this shows why, IMO, the media focuses on one or the other political demographic. Look at this threads and folks opinions, not a lot of conversation "seeing the other guys view".
Just my .02
If you're gonna read foreign news, steer clear of Russia Today. If you wanna talk about a news organization that is actually run by a political organization, then that's your man.

Trust me just do what I say and don't listen to all the other people. We will all be OK LMFAO Do Highly educated people listen???
Come again?

If this doesn't classify these nutjobs as domestic terrorists, I'm afraid of what will.

I don't get why everyone thinks Calhoun is better than Randy. I watched a lot of Michigan State games last year and the guy never really stood out to me.

So begins the "kids these days are too privileged" circlejerk. Teenagers have been the same since the beginning of time. It's up to their mentors (coaches, in this case) to set them on the straight and narrow. This is obviously a failure of our coaching staff.

Goddamn, Imani has the type of body you strive for.
Your picture won't load for me. I'm assuming it's something funny about what I said. I regret nothing.
-
You did the same thing to me as they did to you. If you don't like it, why the hell would you do it yourself? You're the one being a dick now. Not that I care, I just think its funny that I didn't say anything to you yet the band I picked is the one you call utter sh#t.
Redacted, cause I'm drunk and dumb.

Yeah, I wasn't referring to you, but I guess the world revolves around JJ. I was referring to the view that a good amount of Christians, specifically Landlord, have about homosexuality. No one in this thread is afraid of religion. Some of us just find it laughable when religious people defend their bigoted beliefs with religion.
