I believe that things are going well for a good finish to the BIG season and a good chance at the NCAA tourney. There will be some bumps in the road but overall i'm impressed. A little better starting pitching would sure be of assistance. I'm comfortable with our hitting/fielding etc.

I also wonder why the BTN doesn't carry more baseball games. If they want to 'improve' their baseball perception then they need to 'advertise' it. Even a few softball games wouldn't hurt. Its not like they don't have enough room on their network?

Good post PO. I agree with your thoughts. I think it would be realistic to look at a .500 or better result the next couple of years and have the 'hope' that young players will put us over the top and get us into the NCAA tourney in 3-4 years. One of the lesser tourneys in the next year or two would help set the stage for 'better things to come'.
