I have been to Chicago numerous times...just not to a NW/NU game there.

I live in Dayton Ohio and since we have joined the B1G we have tried to go to an away game each year since they are all kinda close to us now. Three years ago we went to OSU, 2 years ago we went to MSU and last year to U of M. This year we are debating between MSU again or NW. We won't be playing MSU each year, so that is why they are in the running. However, we have never been to NW. Thoughts?

E. Lansing or Northwestern. Did E. Lansing 2 years ago...loved it. They had a deal that if you bught the football ticket you got in free to the volleyball game after...great deal. Obviously won't happen this year with a late game, but still considering going. That or Northwestern,,,both about 4-5 hours away from me, so still undecided.

My daughter plays in the OVR of Ohio. She has had 3 tournaments so far this year, placing 1, 2 and 5th. They are a good team, but sometimes get down too far to come back which is what happened at their last tourney. She has a tournament this weekend at Miami University (Ohio), but is playing as a sub on the lower team, so we'll see, they are not that good and she wasn't happy that I said she would play.

Well, we don't have to play Dayton in Dayton....

Damn. Living in Dayton myself, I wanted to beat them on their own turf...

Hey GBR #1. I live in Miami Township by the Dayton Mall. Looks like we might play in Dayton! If they play late Tuesday or either time Wednesday I want to be there. How about yourself?

Looking online they have us as a play in team. As luck has it I live in Dayton. Any idea if we would be the early or late game? Also would we play on Tuesday or Wednesday? I can't go on Tuesday early because of prior obligations, but I would be there on Wednesday if they play then or if they play late Tuesday. Thanks.

My nephew plays for Overton, class D-1, so I am biased. He is a quadruple threat. Football running back, Basketball forward, Track hurdler, and pitcher for baseball.

He'll aftially be fine as lng as they have a decent qb. If jot then the're f'd as well as most teams in cfb would br. But watson needs a good pofket qb to mske his offense good. Ash could be a savior b/c the redt on roster suck.

Go Ok State and FSU - 2 more defeated SEC teams will know the image down a bit.

Don't forget Houston still plays Vandy, too, on Saturday.

I don't always root for Oklahoma.

But when I do, they beat Alabama.

I know this is kind of apples to oranges, but....

My daughter was an Irish dancer for many years. Her regular teacher was a very mild mannered lady, always positive. Before every major, and about once every other month we brought in another teacher who would have my daughter in tears, he just yelled and yelled...he was an old school Irish Dance treacher...and wouldn't you know it, he got better results than thenice teacher did every time.

OU needs to settle down.

Hey, for those of you who are watching the Sugar Bowl on tv (I'm only reading gamecast on ESPNU) did the reporters ask Saban any stupid questions as he went in for half time? If so, what was his response?

I want OU to beat them intothe ground!!! ESPN is not doing the SEC any favors. Looking at a lot of different venues, people everywhere sees the SEC bias and is getting sick of it and rooting against the SEC.

Does anyone have a defense?!?

I trust that your defense this year was really bad, and that next year it should improve. How much is yet to be seen. But it needs to improve drastically to even be average. And you're going to need it, because Manziel is impossible to adequately replace. While your offense was more than just him in terms of talent and skills, he provided a spark and drive that just won't be the same next season. Simply put, you won't be able to rely on the offense nearly as much, I have doubts about how good your defense will be.

But because you are in the SEC you will still be ranked in the top ten preseason.

Thank god this game is over. I could not listen to how great Georgia would have been without injuries. You do know, we didn't win, Georgia was too beat up to win...sheesh.

You know, we don't have ANY injured players.....

We need to not go into conservative mode. We need to play to win, not play to not lose!!!!!!!
