I didnt read all of the comments on this thread, but it could be possible that the TG felt like the staff delayed their decision to hold him in camp as long as possible to prevent a transfer. Either way its OK. We will roll with what we got. A guy that quits on you a week before the first game probably wasnt in it for the right reasons. I am sure we have a few Dual threats on the squad they can coach up if need be.

I canceled my Cox cable TV back in June. BTN is one of the only things I miss. BTN and the Golf Channel.
I canceled all of that back in 2011. You can stream the app.

I get what he is saying. Martinez looks smooth. Gebbia looks forced.
Thank you for clarifying for me.

Just looks effortless for Martinez. Strictly off body language.

Looks like Gebbia is working harder and Adrian Martinez looks smooth and comfortable. I like the number of reps they are getting, makes the whole team better from top to bottom.

I think the RB's will be on an equal rotation until they enter conference play. Everyone is so excited about Tre Bryant, but he really didn't scorch any good run defenses. I look for this to be settles week 5 or 6.

May be a small thing to some, but I notice that there are no more shirtless interviews and the backdrops are usually trying to show off the facilities.
Thoughts?
Also, Verduzco looks like a mad scientist from 1981. Love it.

Not concerned with our roster. They will toe the line or be gone.

Seems like the theme for this thread is more schematic than intangibles that Frost and his staff bring to the table, so I will try to stick with the theme.
This scheme is really impressive, but I have been studying it before Frost was hired. It manipulates safeties, creates space for speed, and has exit/safety throws on every play. This scheme alone will probably win Nebraska a game and a half that they would normally not win. Everything is easy for the offense and difficult for the defense to adjust to it. The QB has the hardest job because he has to make good pre snap reads and quick decisions with the football after the snap. Most of what he reads will be pre snap i.e. 5-man box = run, 6-man box = run/pass, 7-man box = pass. The old Nebraska offense is hidden in there with triple option on every play. Old school power with the guard pulling with a QB run off the back end, tackle power with a QB run off of it, and then throw both of those in with a safety bubble....this is the stuff that makes D coordinators heads spin. I couldnt imagine trying to prepare for this offense. Its very unorthodox and also "Old School". Oh and did I mention they snap the ball every 18 secs? Whoa!
I think this scheme will put us in games that we otherwise would not be in...just watch.

68.75% but I understand your point
(11/16 by Alabama (4), Clemson (3), Ohio State (2), Oklahoma (2))
Is that all the way back to the two team playoff?

Yes, the rest of the season matters. But, I believe the Big Ten would have to really fall from grace to not have the Champion in the playoffs.
75% of all playoff spots have gone to 4 schools.

Players have a knack for parroting what the coaches say to them. I've heard enough talk about how things are improving for the past I don't know, too many years. I'll buy in to what the players say when I see something of substance on the field. I place more importance on what the coaches say. I feel once they get the right players they'll have success since they've already shown that ability.
Players make the plays not coaches. What comes out of the players mouth comes from the coaches. With that said, they still have to put a product on field that is successful.
