Unless these JUCO DBs play safety, I don't see the point of bring in JUCOs. Next year we will have Bowman, Grixby and Jones at the corner positions. What is the point of bring in a JUCO to be the fourth corner. Unless they have four to play three or at least three to play two I don't see the reason to bring in any JUCOs. Safety is a different story.

No guarantee how Bowman will return from injury.

Bowman could pull a Willie McGahee and decide he is good enough to go to the show.

With signing day February 1st Freeman can still back out if Brent Schaeffer visits in January.

Thats true, but Josh has already graduated and plans on starting classes next week. I'm not sure what the rules are, but I'm guessing if he enrolls in classes he probably can't just decide to go elsewhere.

I thought enrolling was the same as signing a LOI? Slauson didn't sign an LOI but he cannot go to another school without first sitting out a year (I thought that was the case the day he stepped foot on campus). At least that is what I thought.

agreed Ross. but to play a sort of devil's advocate, we have lost 1 coach a year since the BC staff came in. though Turner was from the "old" staff.

I have heard that he actually got his ship pulled by OK for being a little wishy-washy on plans after the CO visit.

I am not so sure that OU uses all of their visits anyway do they? So if their number of visits isn't a problem, I know money is not a problem so even if they have a 1% chance they'll take it.

It sounds like we won't know for a while. I have heard that he really wants to commit at the army game.
