I never venture into this section of the board anymore ever since I got upset at the Dude for calling God a "magical sky fairy" But I wanted to start a debate, so here it goes. So I had one of my buddies girlfriend post about this on facebook the day after the election and it got pretty heated with some folks. She was against raising the minimum wage and it pissed some of her facebook friends off. I wanted to hear everyones opinion on this that lives in Nebraska. Are you happy, upset, indifferent? Do you think big companies will lay people off? Are you upset because you have a college degree and now burger flippers will make close to what you are? Will the prices of goods/services increase to combat the raise in wages?
