Roxy Posted July 19, 2009 Share Posted July 19, 2009 Cocktail Sauce: 1/2 cup chili sauce 2 T. hot cream-style horseradish 1/4 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. coarse salt 1/2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper 2 tsp.s freshly-squeezed lemon juice 4 drops Tabasco Sauce 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 2 garlic cloves, minced In a small bowl, mix ingredients together to taste, cover and chill until ready to serve and to develop flavor. Makes 2/3 cup. Quote Link to comment
