Roxy Posted February 12, 2010 Share Posted February 12, 2010 Fettuccine Alfredo: 1/2 cup butter 2 T. Cream Cheese 1 pt. Heavy Cream 1 tsp. Garlic Powder Salt and Pepper to taste 2/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 1lb. fettuccine, prepared as directed In medium sauce pan, melt butter. When melted, add Cream Cheese. When Cream Cheese is softened, add Heavy Cream. Season with Garlic Powder, salt and pepper Simmer 15-20 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan Cheese.
