Seafood Nachos:

 

Tortilla Chips-(Enough For Crab and Lobster To Cover)

1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights

1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Louis Kemp Lobster Delights

1 Pkg. Frozen Baby Shrimp, Thawed or Fresh Baby Shrimp

Sliced Jalapenos, Opt.

Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese or Shredded Mexican Cheese-(Enough To Cover Nachos)

 

Spread Tortilla Chips on 10-in. waxed paper-lined paper plate.

 

Layer the crab, lobster and shrimp over the Tortilla Chips.

 

Sprinkle Jalepenos over Tortilla Chips, if using.

 

Sprinkle the Shredded Cheese on top.

 

Microwave at medium power until cheese is melted.

 

Serve with Salsa or Picante Sauce.

 

***You can also bake this in the oven till heated through and cheese is melted.
