I was curious what the current guidance is for people who have already had covid, and the expert guidance is that they should still get the vaccine.   From the CDC:   From University of Chicago Medicine:   Even a study that found evidence that natural immunity is similar to vaccine immunity still recommends getting at least one does of the vaccine and prioritizing vaccinating those who haven't previously had covid.
