2021 Coaching Carousel

Clemson AD heading to Miami, could fire Diaz. Mario Cristobal would jump at Miami job I'm pretty sure so Oregon may end up being open shortly also.

Utah laying waste to Oregon. Maybe Cristobal should go to Miami.
Utah is playing physical on both sides.  Great return man as well.  Beating the breaks off of Oregon.  Still playing like they are only up by 3.  All gas and no brakes.

Napier says the conference championship game will be his last.  Won't coach in the bowl game.  Moving onto UF

I really like Dave Aranda and his demeanor on the side line. He is confident, calm, and seems to truly understand his team’s capabilities and utilizes their strengths. I watched the game against Oklahoma state. Out of all the coaches out there, I believe that Dave Aranda would be the best fit for Nebraska. Unfortunately, that ain’t happening now.

I'd love to see Frostie find a coordinator that has charisma along with loyalty to "his" system. I'm tired of hearing all this talk of being so dang multiple. Please find a coach that has a preferred style (run first or pass first, don't care) and be hard nosed and loyal to that style. Part of the reason TO was so successful was his loyalty to the option offense. He ran it, he perfected it, he believed in it and because he was so stinking confident in it the entire team absorbed that confidence. That is what I want. An absolute belief in what the OC knows and a concrete/evident intent to perfect it.
