2024-2025 College Football Playoff

Completely disagree. FCS and lower CFB levels playoffs are all home field games up the the title game, same for the NFL. Why change a key component of football for 1 single level of football? Football is meant to be played in the elements at hand, all other levels of football, both above and below FBS, recognize this, FBS shouldn’t be any different.
No worries, it's okay if we disagree.  I may be blunt/outspoken, but I'm not hard-headed and stubborn.  We will see how it plays out because I think this format is for 2 years only (including this one).  Changes can occur after next year.  Everything was agreed by the Conference Commissioners, which had discussions with their schools ADs.

I don't watch FCS games.  I don't care about their playoffs.  That's me being blunt.   ;)

IMO I think it should be all neutral sites with Bowl Game Sponsorship wrapped in it.  Even field settings.  50/50 fans in stadiums to support their team.  I hope the committee takes a look at that after the year.  I mean, 3/4ths of every college game is played in good or hot weather during the year.  This isn't the NFL. These are still college kids with an enormous school fan base.
Strong disagree. They need to make the quarterfinals home sites too, not take away home sites from the 1st round.

It’s hard to ask fans to travel for 3 games on short notice, let alone four.

And look at Arizona St this year.  Sure they get a bye, but then they also get shipped to Atlanta (where they could play a team thats campus is a 2 hour drive away).

Do you watch the NFL? They don’t have neutral site playoff games until the SB. If all you watch is FBS then then fine, but understand that it is contrary to every other single level of football.

A road game in cold weather changes the natural competitive balance for a playoff game when teams have supposedly earned a playoff spot at the table.  They are suppose to playing for a championship, not a road game
Players want to be treated like the NFL, well here ya go.  Road playoff games.   I’m of the opinion that the first two rounds should be at the higher seed home stadium.

Am I the only one that finds ABC/ESPN on TNT f#&%ing weird? I was so thankful the B1G didn't have a single game on ESPN in the regular season. Their broadcast teams are so garbage. Even peacock does a better job these days, and that's really saying something.

It didn’t appear competitive, but ND didn’t put up as many points as they should have and Indiana had a sliver of a chance late.  They played til the end.
IU played its 2nd worst game of the year.  They missed throws and catches they didn't all year. ND is trash and will lose the next round.
