You guys get so caught up in numbers. We had THE youngest team in the B1G. We have had very few people leave so we aren't going to have a large number of additions. We are doing great in the portal for our positions of need. Relax.

Absolutely! Thank you! It is absurd that people continue to complain about our ranking. It is mostly due to numbers. Like you said, we had the youngest roster in the Big 10 and we don’t have a lot of spots. Just be you have the $, it doesn’t mean that you can go get everyone! Roster limits. I imagine, especially this year, some of that budget increase went to keep certain guys.

So to sum this up, it doesn't matter what we do in the portal, you just don't like our coaching staff so you aren't going to be happy. Got it.

Not necessarily. If the portal guys were entirely P4 starters with proven production, that would be great. Few teams have the ability to recruit out of the Portal like that.

But if the cope for our team talent level is that the team is young, what has coach Rhule done that demonstrates those young players are in good hands? He's had years to develop the 63 high school players from the '23 and '24 recruiting classes, why have so few turned to even serviceable starters?

If being a young team is a positive, how long is it going to take for them to pan out? What's the track record we can point to that says he's going to turn it around?

Do we know if players in the National Championship game still get some extra time in the portal as they’ve been playing in a game? Wasn’t this a rule last year? You could enter the portal a week after your final game or if head coach decides to leave outside of the portal timeframe? Or did they close that loophole?
