Year 4 and who has Barthel developed? Hell, EJ was buried on the depth chart in 2024 and had his bags packed for the portal. Dan stepped in and the rest is an AA. No #2 all season after talking about developing one. Yes, how do you get RB2 behind an AA. But 2023? Going into 2024? 2024.....Leading returning rusher prior to bowl game was Ives. Who was down on the depth chart. Of course Akron and HCU helped him a lot (only 2 games with carries), but who/where is the development. And looking at 247 B1G recruiter rankings he sucks. Best ranking is his one commit for 2027 in Trae Taylor. Why is he still here and how the hell can the staff be content with this RB room. All that NIL hype and damn.....

we are buying some lines mainly this round. a good o-line can help our rb room look much better.

I get your point but how do we know it was the running back coaches fault? He isn't making game day decisions.

You could be pointing out a huge weakness but at the end of the day, it's on the OC and head coach. Position coaches get too much credit and flack imo.
