Ricky Henery has had a good camp, really come a long way the last 2 weeks. He has the mental aspect down.

He is pleased he got to stay at C vs. moving to Guard.

LOL, he has to work with Ricky before the game so he doesn't get too hyped. Apparantly he head butted Teafatiller last season before a game, had to get stitches as Teaf had a helmet on and Ricky didn't.
