I don't really consider him a Nebraska kid. Didn't he grow up in Harlem and only move out here because his brother wanted to get him out of there? I could be wrong but I thought that was him.

I wasn't aware of that, but the question remains the same; are we more critical because he was highly touted out of HS?

I would say, he did not live up to the expectations I had for him. I really thought he'd be more of a beast. Thinking our line is actually going to be better next year with Finin, Knevel, Kondola. After the Iowa game I was in the tunnel as the players went into the locker room, and I could not believe how huge Knevel is. I know I am probably not spelling an names correctly.
I am I, thanks for posting actual topics about the team rather than bash on the coaching staff and b!^@h about how we haven't won a championship in a while. Me thinks a championship is just around the corner and all of the sudden people will be loving Bo, Eichorst, and hoping Beck doesn't leave for a HC position.
And I will be LMFOA.

I was wondering about picking Marquette Nebraska..... population: only 229 people. Pin the donkey map or what?
Citigroup HQ had moved from NYC to Sioux Falls (no corporate tax) and offered employee bonuses to relocate SF...........about 200-300 accepted offer. Eventually half of them hated it and returned to NYC. However the other half proclaimed "Sioux Falls Heaven". (source: Argus Leader article)

Moved to live with his Sister, her husband and family I believe. He was trying to escape the many bad influences of his neighborhood. I give props to the man. Had he had a chance to redshirt I could see him really shining next year.
