Anthony Colandrea

Just funny to read these kinds of comments, because I saw a lot of commentary on here right after there was talk of Raiola transferring that what we really needed on offense to be successful down the road is a running QB.
Chambliss is listed as 6'1 200lbs....133 for 527 and 8 TD's...

Colandrea is listed as 6'00 205 lbs. 127 for 649 yards and 10 TD's...I'd take it.

Yes, different conferences, but similar size and build. I also think talent transfers to other levels...ie Ferris St Chambliss to CFP....

I like the get. Proven experience. Hoping Dana incorporates the running part of his game as well.

Curious as to where Dylan would have ranked on this list, and also surprised to see our QB1 ahead of Nico. I don't think many of us would have turned down Nico if we had a chance for him to play for Nebraska.

If he had gone to Ohio State he would be listed in the top 3 in the conference. It wouldn't matter who we brought in, we are going to be listed as middle of the pack until we prove we are more than a 6-7 win team.

No doubt it is far easier to excel when you're surrounded by top talent like OSU who had 11 at the combine and a super deep roster as opposed to DONU who had 2.

Nico isn't that good. He was 13th in the B1G in QBR last year. QBs ranked ahead of him included Athan Kaliakmanis, Aidan Chiles, Drake Lindsey, and Mark Gronowski.

Anyone who wanted him here was basing it off of his name and being UT's QB for their playoff appearance in 2024 (when his numbers were basically on par with what Raiola was doing).
