Okay, enough MNC smack. I was just joshin ya. All your championship trophies are well deserved.

rolleyes) Let’s talk about tOSU “reloading.” You had a great defense this year. This PAST year. But you lose a lot of that talent to graduation. Or at least you lose guys because their eligibility is done. I don’t know how many will actually get a sheepskin from tOSU.
tOSU's DL will be about the same. You lose a guy, an All Big 10 DT, but got 3/4 back for another year. OTOH, you guys are going to miss a lot of DBs and LBs next year from this past squad. You lose two LBs, both CBs and a pair of safeties, right? Of these, four were All Big 10. (You had 5 All B10 defensive players.)
LB: tOSU had one of the best LB corps in the nation this year. Sweat is back for another yr. But you lose Homan and Rolle—both All Big 10—to be replaced by Klein and Bell. Bell will be the better of the two. Eventually. But he’s a soph wi hardly any game experience. Klein is okay, he saw some PT this year, but he is no Homan. And never will be.
CB: You lose All Big 10 CB Chimichanga and Devin Torrance. In comes Corey Brown and Travis Howard. Both nice sized. Both blazing fast. But neither wi much game experience. I’d be a bit worried starting two new CBs. There will be a break-in period.
FS: You lose Jermale Hines, the other All Big 10 defensive player. His replacement, Jamie Wood, is another guy who will be great. Someday. But again, he’s gonna be a new starter this year.
I just don’t think you can say tOSU is gonna be great because they’ve always been great in the past. I’m betting the Buckies will be good, probably in the top three or four of the Big 10. Maybe even the top two. But you lose so much talent this year there’s just no way you dominate again like you did last season. /jmho
